Default Daily Journals

I thought since many of us would like to drop a few pounds and be more healthy, we could keep a daily journal of our menus and any exercise that we might do. This could be like a buddy system for us.

I personally would like to get rid of about 10 pounds and a few inches. My plan is to stick to a 1600 - 1700 calorie meal plan.

Today I plan to do at least 45 minutes of yoga.

Breakfast - yogurt smoothie and 2 slices of whole wheat toast (with a little butter).

Rac - This is a fab idea!! I'm hoping to lose 12 lbs.





We have new gym here at NASA for all employees, and DH I and are going to go 2x a week. On the other days, I plan on working out at home to a butt, legs, and thighs DVD I have.

I haven't eaten breakfast yet, but I do plan on having some wheat toast.
