I tried to reply last night but my internet was slow for some reason.

Steph - I can't believe you're in a size 12 - that's so awesome.

Jenna - Way to go on the weight loss this week! I got my hair cut and I colored it too. We should make a "New Haircuts" thread for pics.

Bina - sorry a/b AF

Karen - I do have a problem buying tops. I really can't wear button down things at all b/c I need a Large or XL for my boobs, and that's way too big in the rest of me. Some other shirts fit just fine though, it they're made out of stretchy fabric. You will probably just have to try everything on - you can't just grab your "normal" size anymore.

I just did yesterday's run this morning b/c I didn't get it in yesterday. I was upset a/b it, but DH encouraged me and let me go as soon as we got up. I guess that's why there are some blank days on the running calendar. My thighs hurt!

Thats awesome Kelly. Doesn't it help so much when the DHs are supportive?

Karen- I buy my normal size in shirts unless they are button down. Those always gap for me and my "tatas" are not huge. I wear a C these days (used to be a D before I bfed and lost weight). What cup size are you going for?

WAY TO JENNA!!!

Christie- going for a small C. We shall see...I keep having these dreams that they end up HUGE and I am like what have I done???? I do not want that for sure!!

Jenna and Kelly- YAY for new dos! We want to see!!!

Jenna WOOO HOOO to being down 3.5 pounds. That is GREAT! The working out and being good this week paid off! Keep up the good work!

I am back on track starting today. We had Outback lastnight as well as Pizza Friday night and I felt SO guilty!! I did say no to ice cream lastngiht after Outback and got a coffee instead. So that took a bit of the guilt. But this mornign I told myself....SELF you have to do better! You can tell you have gained so new tummy flab and that isn't making you feel good so STOP! So I got up had oatmeal for breakfast and a large glass of water before coffee then for lunch I had a hlaf of a turkey spinach wrap and a graham cracker with peanut butter. Once that settled I went for my first long run since being sick and I had a side stitch but I kept going. Felt great once it was over but honestly I couldn't catch my breath good so not sure my lungs were up for it. Plan to alternate running days and bike days this week and we will see if I get anything extra in. My GOAL for this week even though it is a crazy week for appts is to get in five workouts. Let's see if I can do it~

Oh and I will be going NUTS after my surgery because I can't do ANY running for a long while...Maybe walking on the treadmill after two weeks he said. YIKES...So I better get things in order now as much as I can!!

Karen~ I think a small C would be WONDERFUl for you. I'm sure you won't look down and think "what have I done?" You'll be so happy!! I'll have DH take a pic of my hair tomorrow morning and I'll post it so you guys can see. Oh - and yay for a run!! Sorry it hurt your lungs.

Karen- I think that is perfect.

Well, I have not done so well with my weekend goals. It rained all day yesterday and DH and I just enjoyed doing nothing. I got all of the junk food cleaned out, a food plan for his week, and did the grocery shopping. I will do a fittv workout tonight and try to run tomorrow.

Jenna-I think you are the BIGGEST LOSER this week, WTG!! Can't wait to see your new do, I got 5-6 inches cut off a few weeks ago, and colored it myself. Between that and losing some weight, I am feeling like a new woman. I had started to feel that I had become THAT mom who had let herself go, lol.

Christie-I know you'll be able to get back on track this week, you've come too far!

Karen-I am sure it will HURT to run after the TA TA surgery! I am a B now, so I don't think a C would be too big.

I am so glad you girls are starting to feel better and the weight is coming off and the new dos help too! I gotta get a cut this week and high lights! I think we all have appts.(dh and Carter and me) I get mine done so often that I keep a running appt practically. Thing is I am ready for a change eventhough I haven't had this hairdo long but with my hair being short I would have to either go shorter or grow it...Not as simple. I will start searching for ideas. After all it is just hair right? Can't wait to see some new pics...Speaking of WHERE are they??

I am planning to ride the bike today so we shall see...Time permitting. I am determined to get in those workouts. First thing though when the doctor's office opens I am going to call for an appt. I have not slept with dh for 7 days now and I CAN NOT get more than three hours of sleep a night due to this darn cough. I need something with codeine or something. And with my surgery coming up I don't know what I can take. I need to call and see!

Karen- You poor thing. There is nothing worse than a cough at night. HUGS Hope they can give you something. What about Nyquil or Tylenol PM?

Well, I didn't work out but my eating so far has been great. I am subbing today and they walked around with a cart of brownies, doughnuts and frozen coffees and I said NO THANKS. Yay for small victories. AF needs to go on so I can feel human again.

Oh yeah, and I haven't had a haircut since October. IT IS TIME

I went to the doctor and she confirmed that it is allergies. I got a antihistimine and something else and she said that once we dry me up the coughing will stop so inthe meantime she gave me a tablet wtih some Hydracodone(sp?) to help me sleep so hopefully relief is in sight?

Christie that is a HUGE victory.. I would have been ALL OVER THAT CART I got weighed at the doc this morning and I am back down that 3 lbs, Weighed 135.5! So that made me happy! Still wanting to get to 130 which is what I was before Carter but hey I will take what I can get right now not being able to workout regularly!

Karen~ Glad you got some meds to help you feel better! I'll post a hair pic tonight. And YAY for 135.5!! Wow, if only I could EVER weigh that!

Christie~ YAY for passing up the goodies. I SO would have been tempted. Good job on getting back into your good eating!

I'm not sure what kind of workouts I'll get in this week. I just feel so terrible. Now I have a fever and a bad cough. Hopefully I can just stick to eating good and still lose some? I bummed. I really want to work out and get this weight OFF before my Vegas trip at the end of the month!

Jenna- it is okay to rest when you don't feel good. Your body needs that to recover. Don't stress over it too much!

Just got back from a nice run. My plan was to bike but the day was so pretty I decided to get outside instead. Ran on the main road and did lots of hills. Felt great when it was OVER. lol

Ate pasta for lunch though. But plan to eat a light dinner so it should be fine!

Christie-I hadn't had a haircut since October either, and then finally got one the week before Easter. YAY to passing up goodies!! It is SO HARD to say no during AF. I passed up some bagels at work and yelled at the guy who walked by my office saying "fresh bagels in the kitchen" lol.

Karen-I hope the antihistamines help with that cough! Yay for getting your work out in. I will start TOMORROW since it is my work from home day, so I will have time! Actually a lady at work brought some contraption to work that works your inner and outer thighs to work, so we all go in her office and do 20 reps several times a day.

Jenna-Hope you feel better soon. I've lost all my weight so far with no working out at all!! Everyone is different I know, but don't feel discouraged.

Karen- Yum pasta sounds good! WTG on running today. Glad you are feeling better. Oh and I don't think I have commented on your surgery, that's great that you are getting it done!!! I bet your so excited!! Just think, you might get a whole new wardrobe out of it. Well, you WILL get a whole new bra wardrobe..........YES!!!!

Jenna- WTG girl on your mega weight loss!!!!! That's SO great!! Hope you get to feeling better soon, Can't wait to see your new-hair-do pic!

Christie- That cart sounds goooooood! That is good that you didn't get anything off of it!

Steph- Size 12's......that's great!!

All this talk about getting hair cuts makes me want to get mine cut. I am planning on getting mine cut and highlited probably at the first of May. I'm so ready to get this mess cut off since it's getting hot here.

I got in a workout at the gym yesterday. I was planning on running tonight but I'm soooo tired so I'm going to go to bed early. Dh is running right now instead. He is trying to loose some weight too. So far he's lost about 10 lbs. But, it is so easy for him to drop them fast. Men!! Anyways, I will run tomorrow night, workout Wendesday, and run Thursday (my b-day!!!). I'm sure dh has got his own special workout planned for that night!!

EDIT- OH, I forgot to tell you that I wore some of my old size 10 pants this weekend!!! Yay!!

Heather happy ALMOST Birthday! AND YAY to wearing your old pants! WOOHOO Small achievements lead to BIG ones! You are doing great. I agree on the men thing. My dh eats whatever he wants and runs it right off. TURKEYS!

Bina way to resist the bagels. I wish I had some willpower when it comes to food! I did resist this morning. I had to be at church at 4:30am this morning to prepare a breakfast for the Men's Ministry at 6 and it was Biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon , baked apples and grits. I ONLY ate one biscuit with a few slices of bacon on it. Instead of my usual plate of ALL of it. However I had too much juice and coffee and my belly is so bloated.

Renee- yay to your surgery too!! When is it??

Thanks for the support. I just seem to be SO hungry. I do great until about 3pm and it goes downhill from there. I have got to get out of the house so I won't just sit around and eat. LOL

My MIL is so supportive of me. She said yesterday that she was so proud of my running and she knew how important it was to me and I needed to tell DH to keep Charlie so I could get back in the swing of things. It is so nice to have her support. DH never tells me I can't work out, but it was nice that she thought of me and realized its importance.

Kelly- Did you finally get your run in?

Karen- Oooh.. I love bacon. Seriously I could eat it every day all day. I can't even keep any in my house bc I have no self control with it LOL Good job on the scaled down bfast.

Heather- Awesome on the 10s. I would bet our figures are pretty similar except I bet your tummy is smaller than mine LOL I can't get rid of this spare tire/muffin top I am pretty much in a 10 too. I can wear a few 8s but they are rare. I am holding steady in the low 150s. Did you decide on an "ultimate" goal? When will yall start TTC again?

Hey to everyone else!
