Amber ~ Don't forget the most important #1 rule of weight loss/change/exercise...YOUR OWN PACE! The only points we keep around here are weight watchers points (some of us). But the atmosphere is contageous; we certainly keep each other going, and encourage, congratulate, or yell at each other when needed.

YAY for 1/2 a pushup! Go Tammy!

What is 1/2 a pushup -- is that where you lower yourself to where you want to be and then collapse to the ground?

Speaking of pushups, I'm doing 6 a night with no soreness. And, just so you know, though I am doing 'real' ones, I'm not going all the way to a 90 degree angle at my elbows -- not superwoman or anything. I'm concentrating on form and working closer to the ground, but really, it's just been a 'drop and gimme 5' thing to keep me going. Concentrating on form and engaging as many muscle groups as possible. I'll jump to 7 in another day or two, and then probably stay there and concentrate on getting closer to the floor.

Heather~ Good job on your workout, girl!!

Amber~ We're so glad to have you hear. I know the feeling of "I just want my body back!" Now that I've lost most of the weight I'm like "well....we could get pregnant again."

Kayla~ I know! We have so much in common. We're going off BFP in August and are going to start ttc #2 in September. Hope you're there with me.

Steph~ WAY TO GO on your push ups and the 2 pound weight loss!!!

Karen~ Good luck tomorrow! I'm sure you will be just fine and SO HAPPY once everything is all healed up. You're already a knock out!

Cassie going to get cut under the breast. I pm'd you back! I am also going to be getting the implants under the muscle so they say more painful. I can not think of anything else today. Plus of course Riley is having ONE OF THOSE DAYS! She has her glasses on upside down. Off to put her down for a nap.

I'm sorry, but I LMAO when I thought of that cute pixie face with glasses on upside down and all crooked like.

Thanks on the pushups gals. I discovered having lost a lot of weight prior to doing pushups help you do them. LOL! I think I have a vague memory of trying to do one last year and collapsing halfway down...

I can't believe I only have 18lbs to go to hit my original goal. I wonder where it's going to stop... I told Danny I might be in a 7/8 before it's all said and done with -- he was like 'will your BONES fit in a 7/8?' I KNOW, it's the exact thought I had last year (Kelly says I'm going to wear, what, a size 0? ), but I'm already comfortable in an 11/12 -- that's only two more sizes to the 7/8!

Oh, and i saw my doc for a couple minutes yesterday; she gave me a prescription for muscle relaxors; hopefully, I can back off the ibuprofin, valium, and sleeping pills, because I think it's tension in my upper back that's causing me the most problems right now. She was like 'ooooh, I didn't know you were taking iburofin every day'. I felt like a bad girl. LOL! I didn't think to tell her cause it was OTC and I'm not taking too much, though I have been taking every day. I really want to be better. My BP is staying down for the most part on the lower BP meds; there's not any lower to go. It was 119/74 on Sunday. GAWD, I want to be better, I want life to be better. It's supposed to be 'soon'...I dunno. Omfph.

Man, we really are doing good, huh? We should add it up and keep a running tab of how much weight we've lost combined; that would be fun!

Should I make an 'April weight lost to date' thread, so everyone can make a post and then I'll post the total in here? Or keep a running number in the first post? Or do it in here? Or maybe just a 'weight lost to date' thread, and keep updating it? I DON'T KNOOOOOOW....LOL! Or maybe we can each report a total weight lost at the end of every month, and start off the new month thread with how much we've lost?
