Ugg - looks like I'm not going to get my run in tonight either. Monday's didn't work out b/ track practice was going on and I was way too tired to try it somewhere else. Tonight, DH isn't even home yet and it's nearly 8:00. I don't think he'll be home in the next 15 minutes for me to go.

Heather~ Good job on your run! 2.5 miles is awesome! Laura~ Oh, to be 129. Ok - I think I got everyone! PHEW! So I've been pretty good this week. I've already gotten in 4 workouts. I've done 2 turbo jam workouts and two treadmill/abs/arm workouts. I've had the incline at 5 on the treadmill so my butt/thighs are TOTALLY feeling it! I'm still coughing if I get too out of breath, though - so I feel like I'm only working out at about 75% of what I usually do. I can't wait to feel all the way better and get to PUSH myself harder again. |

I had a few squares but I must admit right now I am inthe middle of a meltdown. ALL I CAN THINK about are powdered donuts??? I don't have any nor have I had any in years. UGH! I want some BAD!
Okay enough on that.... Raining here and dh wil be gone most of the day with Carter. So I get NO BREAK to do anything for me. I want to workout but instead if I had a bag of donuts I would EAT THEM ALL! See girls I have my struggles too. ![]() |

Karen - If you trully want powdered doughnuts, I say splurge on them. Its not like you would eat them breakfast, lunch and dinner right? You have to treat yourself every once and awhile.
MIL just took Alyssa for the day and dh is going to the gym soon and then I can do my pilates. Dh and I are going on a long walk later also. Im in the middle of doing laundry and cleaning the place up now. Hope everyone is having a good one!

I did clean the entire backyard and set up all her outdoor toys and even her sandbox and filled it with 4 bags of sand! I feel like I DID take her to the park on that long walk since I was back and forth in the yard for 3 hrs cleaning it!! I cant wait til she see's it! I BBQ'd also and we are just about to eat dinner. Then dh is going to blockbuster to rent a free movie with coupons and going to get our girl.

WOW Tam you GO girl! That counts for exercise! Major exercise! That is a great job momma! She will be excited.
Steph- you are scaring me with the tig ol bitty stories!! I so hope mine turn out like I want them to and not too big... I do not want them in my WAY. We jsut had dinner. Dh wanted to go to Slapdogs down the street which is a burger and hotdog place. So yummy but all I could think of was FAT FAT and more FAT. So I talked him into grabbing hotdog buns and I made turkey dogs instead. I did fry some potatoes but only used a small bit of canola oil..figured that was better than them being french fries in that big ol thing of grease from down there. I feel a little better but I should have ate that spinach salad instead.. Decaf is brewing and I am OFF DUTY. If you haven't noticed from my post I can't live without coffee morning and night.. |
