Well, I'm on my way to get my hair cut, just stopping in one last time to see if Jo has posted...I am SO excited for her! Also scared; I guess once she's gone, I am officially on deck!

Krissy- Haircuts are futile. I got 4 inches hacked off awhile back and it was back in like 6 or 8 weeks. I gave up!!!! Hormones!!!!!!!!!

Jo I have been checking in daily that little boy sure is stubborn I hope is planning to make his appearance today. When I went to my check up with Ian I was 37 weeks and was 5cm and had no idea i was having contractions the DR just sent me over to the hospital and they broke my water the baby was born 3 hrs later best labor ever. I hope you have a very easy quick labor

K, I'm back. MIL took me to this appt and we went to lunch and Target afterwards. It is beautiful out today (85 degrees) and I was getting cabin fever yesterday so it's nice to get out of the house.

The u/s went well. Dominic is facing down and to my left, which is the ideal position for "heading out". Amniotic fluid looks great, kidneys are good, and he can no longer see my cervix which means it is probably thinned out considerably. Won't see the doctor until Monday, if we make it that far.

On another note, we are STILL trying to decide on a middle name. Can you believe it? We had it narrowed down to Anthony or Joseph and then we kind of just changed our minds and became wishy-washy. I now have a list of 16 names for DH to peruse...in addition to our original two.

Stacey- yeah, for good #'s!!! Now you get to wait some more!

Krissy- I know that feeling of being the next one "on deck". When Snowie domino-ed I couldn't believe that I was the next one up.

damn it, Jo, I was so sure you wouldnt be back today Glad things are looking good! LOL about the middle name--it is so hard to decide. We knew what Ely's middle name would be from the start: Robert, after DH's dad who passed away a few years ago. Anyone in your family that you would like to memorialize? I like middle names to be family names, but that is just me. If we had had a girl, the middle name was going to be Juliet after my mom.

Amber--I hear ya on the haircuts! It was driving me crazy, so I decided to pony up and go, but I know it will just be long again and in my eyes in a few weeks. I kept picturing me during labor, trying to manage my crazy mop, with bangs in my eyes! Hopefully this one lasts until after the baby comes

Stacey--Great numbers, Congrats and we will hope for doubling numbers saturday! Will you get to find out right away, again?

Krissy-I hear you on the haircut. I actually need to do some color as the grays are starting to pop out. I've only had to do it once since I got pg so thinking I'll do it 1 more time this weekend for my showers and I should be good until the baby comes.

Amber - I hope the work situation gets better. I would think they could put in you another position - manual labor is so not for preggos! My back hurts & all I do is sit at a desk.

Krissy - Enjoy the haircut! I don't know what my chick did last time, or if its pregnancy, but I am loving my hair right now. Its finally doing what I want it to! I hope it stays this way!

Heidi - My MIL is a little crazy, but luckily she lives in Atlanta. But I do have other in-laws to deal with - my FIL is wonderful, but he is 72 & married someone 40 yrs younger than him last year! His wife is the same age as his son! So I get to deal with her every holiday & although we are only a year apart, we have NOTHING in common.She is very different & I do question her decision to marry someone so much older (even though I think he is a wonderful man). It's painful. I guess we all have our issues with in-laws.

Jo - You are a trooper! I agree with Heidi - don't stress! It will come to you & it will be perfect!

I am pooped. I think I am getting bigger daily & my back has been hurting for the last few days. I am not working tomorrow, but I have an appt at a daycare.....that may have availability! Cross your fingers that it is perfect & I love it!

The bookcasefor the nursery is being delivered tomorrow - I am excited!
