Still here, still no baby. Looks like Dominic is going to hold out a little bit longer. Of course he'll probably wait until everyone goes back to work before he decides it's okay to come on out. DH and I have been trying to "talk him out" since early this morning, but nothing doing. We even took a long trip to Sam's yesterday and still nothing got started. I don't want to be induced, so he better make up his mind very soon.

Now, everyone shoot me some labor dust!!! And have a wonderful Labor Day!

Jo ~ Happy Due Date! Labor day would be the perfect day to get labor going too! Try to rest up and eat well, you never know when you'll go and you'll need all the energy you can get!

Jo--I am sending you labor vibes for labor day! I hope Dominic decides to make his appearance soon; good luck "talking him out!"LOL! Has your doctor mentioned how long she/he will let you go before induction? Hopefully it doesnt get that far; like Kayla said, get your rest, mama!

Heidi--I posted in August, forgot about the month switching, to say that I am so sorry your IL's are driving you crazy. Hope things are better today; I think that there is something about pregnancy that makes the IL's harder to handle!

Amber--You out there? It's been awhile since I saw you post

I am all of a sudden very hormonal. I just want to cry all the time for no reason, and then five minutes later I am laughing. DH is driving me CRAZY for absolutely no reason. Do your hormones spike up in the last month or so? I have not felt like this throughout the pregnancy, it is totally new to me.

Krissy- Starting around 34/35 weeks I started getting irritated. I didn't have weird mood swings prior to that either, and haven't since.

Thanks for the labor dust. So far today I've tried walking and swimming. We are also going to Michael's in just a bit.

Jo-Thanks, I hope it is just normal and passes. I also have hit that "all food sounds disgusting" stage; and I remember you having that, as well. I just can't eat anything, it is all so blah. Have you considered drinking some red raspberry leaf tea? It is supposed to get things rolling. There are also reflexology points in your feet that stimulate the uterus, perhaps DH can give you a foot rub! The points are on either side of your foot, just below your ankle and back a little towards your heel. It can't hurt, and who doesn't want a foot rub!

Jo-Sending you a whole bunch of labor dust. Come on Dominic.

Krissy-I already get like that. I got pretty irriated with DH last night that I had to stay away from him for a little while until it passes. As for the ILs.......I'm not sure it will get any better. They stopped by today on their way back out of town. Thankfully they didn't stay long as we were in the midst of doing our yard work and other things. But initially wanted to know about dinner. Which I thought for sure would turn into them staying with us tonight unexpectedly! This would not have gone well as I moved all my baby stuff into the guest bedroom to prepare for getting the furniture this week. They don't really plan things and often spring it on us when they are going to stay here. Which obviously I bite my tongue now but when the baby comes I will not tolerate them disrupting our lives whenever they feel like it! And they aren't happy about having to stay with the grandma in 2 weeks when they come back for the baby shower but my BF and her daughter are staying with us and they have nowhere else to go. Oh well.

Ok done with my rant but they drive me crazy!

Hope everyone had a good holiday weekend. At least the weather has been great here all weekend!

Jo~ Labor dust!!! You poor thing. I bet you are beyond ready to get Dominic out. Yes, the raspberry tea sounds great, and the foot rub! Go get DH! Have you tried BD? I've also heard that can help get labor started. Good luck!

Can I cautiously join you ladies over here?? I got my BFP yesterday and today... of course I'll probably be testing until the line is red LOL. My EDD is May 16th. I'm going in Wed for a beta. Pray for doubling #'s!!

Jo- Have you tried using a breat pump for nipple stim? It works! I used it when I was pg with Noah and I had him the next day. You pump for 5min on each side... stop and wait 10-15min than repeat... for up to an hour.

Vicki- thanks for continuing to think of me. You're right. It is hard going past the due date. DH and I are very punctual, so this better not be a trend with this little one-it'll drive my DH CRAZY! I've had BH off and on for the past four hours, but nothing substantial enough to count as the real deal. I've got my dr. appt this morning and he'll probably check me again to see if any progress has been made. I'm guessing that I am still at only a 1 cm.

Stacey- Early congrats! You're due date is the day after my b-day.

Krissy- trying to replace me already? tsk, tsk. j/k. I am now past the food aversion stage and can't seem to eat enough! Of course my DH is a FABULOUS chef and likes to be in the kitchen experimenting so we always eat good when he's home early enough to get in the kitchen. I'm a lame cook. I hate it!!

Heidi- I am sorry about the mess with the IL's. It seems that there always has to be someone who's never happy, no matter what.

Jen- I told DH that I want to go to Cabo next summer. Your vacation looked RIGHT up my alley. Except for I would also be indulging in a nice, cold margarita! You used points for the hotel, right? DH also travels a lot and accumulates points.

Alison- haven't forgotten about you. How are you feeling now? Better, I hope.
