Hey girls! I don't have a buddy, but I do have a baby! Emma Paige was born on June 29 at 3:27 am. I will try to post my story soon. . .the short version is I got to the hospital at 1:25 am and she was born 2 hours later! I'll try to update and post a picture soon!

Even though we've talked about it privately, I just want to say publicaly how much it meant to me to be at your shower on so many different levels. I love that intimate feeling of the unspoken connection we have that no one else in the room would understand. I felt it when you were around my friends too. I feel like we're having an affair.

Heidi - My MIL is the same way. I feel obligated to invite her to the shower, but I hope she doesn't feel obligated to come. Try not to stress about the shower - its about you & the little one, not his family. Maybe you could wait until DH is not emotional about it & tell him how you feel. I completely understand the difference between a friends shower & a family shower - maybe you can help him understand. Sorry you have to deal with it.

If you look at the last one it looks like he's throwin a surf's up! He was asleep but the tech prodded him and got him going. And like me he wasn't pleased at all to be awake. He sleeps like a little vampire with his arms in an "X" over his chest. Thus far we've been told every appt he's REALLY active. They never get him to sit still when they use the doppler to listen to his heart, but once they catch him he's good.

I also got a vid that im tryin to figure out how to upload.
