Thanks, Jo and Christie. Yes, I am feeling TONS of movement, which is very reassuring. They don't really know why I keep having this happen, other than having an "irritable uterus". Obviously, this time was induced by the fall, but as I mentioned before, my family (mom and sister) have a history of preterm labor, so it makes me very nervous. Watch, all this worry and I will be one of those people who goes three weeks over! I hope so. They have not put me on bedrest or anything, just told me to take it easy. I woke up this morning with a sore throat, went to the GP, and turns out I also have strep throat. This has been an interesting week. This kid sure is strong. Right from the start; there were twins, and I miscarried one. It did not just "vanish", I MISCARRIED it, with all the blood and pain that entails. Yet, somehow he held on. And now, he seems to be unphased. He is just kicking around in there while I worry. I think he will be bull-headed like me.
It is really freaking me out, but my doctor thinks that it may just be how this pregnancy is going. My cervix is never dialated, and I have no real other signs of preterm labor. Just lots of contractions (WAY more than 4 an hour). I think he will be ok, but I am a bit worried that I will go crazy from the stress!

Jo--I have a "coming home" outfit. It is not really anything that special. I just decided that I wanted the very first thing I bought for him to be what he comes home in. So, the day that we found out he is a him, I went out and chose a really cute long sleeve onesie at Younkers with a matching hat, and decided that would be his homecoming outfit. It is white with little baby-blue stripes on it, and it is embroidered to say "Thank Heavans for Little Boys". Again, I don't think it really matters, he will probably puke on it by the time we get home, anyways!

Good morning, ladies! Well, I am feeling a bit better (other than the sore throat) The tree is STILL in our house; we have to wait for the city to remove it and they are swamped with all the damage. Should be here today. I am still having BH, but they are much milder and less frequent, which is easing my anxiety. My MIL is supposed to be coming on Friday; I wonder what she'll say about our messy house and the tree?! I couldn't begin to get this place looking good before she gets here. All this work we have done to our house, and now it looks like hell. Oh, well, life goes on!

Cassie--Thanks for the comment about our house. It was built in 1880, and we have been working really hard on it. I am so glad to have a new preggo over here. We have been dwindling since the last few have "crossed over" to the baby site! Are you feeling sick yet? Did you with your last one? Are you planning to find out the sex? Oh, it is so exciting!

Everyone else; have a great Wednesday. I have to work until 8:00 tonight, so maybe I will hop online during my lunch break. It is finals in my night class (THANK GOD!) so I will finally be done with that! Anyone else noticed that Amber hasn't been on in a long time? Hope she is ok.

So apparently I've been snoring lately? I'm guessing it has something to do with the stuffiness the past two weeks but it made for some laughter last night. I'm layin in bed tryin to stay awake and I hear this sound. It kinda snaps me back to, guess I had dozed. Well being half asleep i didn't even wonder what it was or if DH had heard it. So a minute later Dh asks if i'm awake and I say yea. Then he tells me I was snoring rather loudly and I was like "oh. so thats what that was..." And DH promptly laughed himself silly because I snored so loud I woke myself up.

Meanwhile Graham has been a kicker the past 2 or 3 days. It's kinda nice, I can see it getting a bit less cute later though.

Krissy-Everything ok? Did the tree take out walls or just windows? How is the little one? Are you ok?

Double post. Just been pretty out of it. Between DH's new job and changing my sleep schedule to see him i'm pretty much booked. I lurk though. Just not responding.

Krissy - I did not have any sickness with Rhylee and so far nothing with this one. Keeping my fingers crossed! We did not find out the sex last time so I said we would this time, change things up a bit! LOL!! Glad you are feeling better, hope your throat clears.

Amber - Ohhh I forgot about the snoring!!! I snored SOOO loud and so much when I was pg with Rhylee dh would race to fall asleep before me. Ha, ha!!!

Well at least it's not just me. I don't think he minds too bad yet, and I've had to deal with OODLES of less than happy sleep situations, i'm sure he'll be forgiving.

Krissy- I'm glad to hear that things are starting to calm down in there. I know how worried you must be. Don't worry about the state of your house, there's a TREE through the front of your house! Certainly that will suffice.

Cassie- I don't know how you managed to go the entire pg without knowing what gender was in there baking. I always told myself and DH that I didn't want to find out. But the second those two lines popped up, I knew I could NEVER wait til the big reveal!!

I still have some cleaning to do in the house. The bar is such a mess! We have a couch, recliner, computer table and mini-fridge in there that we want to get rid of. So there it sits, just taking up space and cluttering up the room! Add to it all of my scrapbooking stuff and it's just a hot mess! I need to go out today and get some storage containers for all of my paper and stickers and stuff. At least they won't be sitting around in the store bags.

Jo for whatever reason I had NO desire to know at all. I think it was fun keep the secret from everyone even myself. My family thought I would NEVER do it b/c I always have to know everything, but I proved them wrong.

I think I would have exploded by now if we hadn't found out. Even though I was against it to start with I'm glad DH talked me into it.

It was the only thing we both really liked. I loved it from the start. I really never ever thought we would agree on anything.

Krissy-Wow what a crazy couple of days you've had. Glad you are feeling better. Hope they are able to come today and remove the tree. Your little one is a tough guy!

Well we finished the painting in the baby's room last night. Now just to move out the furniture we won't be using and put it into our storage area. Feels good to have something accomplished again!

I have been feeling a lot more movement lately. It feels like bubbles bursting in my stomach. Very weird but it has been consistent for the last week. And last night she was really moving while I was laying on the couch.

Heidi- congrats on getting the painting done! I know that is a huge sign of progress. There really is a little one coming into the house!

Dominic has been moving like a crazy man, too lately. Maybe they know something we don't?? He is always sticking his feet (??) into my right side. It's weird to actually be able to feel his outline in there.

DH had a dream last night that he was rushing to get to the hospital for Dominic's birth and when he walked in the room Dominic was on the bed, looking around 6 months old, with his arms outstretched, calling out, "Daddy! Daddy!". I then told him (in the dream) that Dominic must have been really smart b/c of all the talking I did to him when he was inside my tummy. Apparently DH was a little MORE than late for the birth.
I think it's cute that he is starting to worry about being here and not missing it. He has to go to New Jersey tomorrow and he is planning on that being his last trip until after Dominic gets here. That's probably what prompted his dream.
