Bedrest Ideas
I saw this on a different (not nearly as cool) board and thought it would be a good idea to have here too! I'm sure we will have better ideas here! Maybe this could be sticky for whenever someone needs it?

That is a great list, I also did letters to everyone I had to catch up with.
Even start your Christmas cards, I addressed all the envelopes and left the cards blank. I had a ton to write and I had bought the cards the year before, so I had them. If you are crafty, do a cross stitch set. Knit, draw, or other crafts. If you have not had your babyshower. Maybe ask to help do the favors or things for it. I know it is not typical to help with it, but it is something to do. Keep a journal to get your feels out. It helped me a ton to just get it out on paper. I have never read it again since then, but it helped at the time. I also did a bible study when I was on bedrest. I will admit there is only so much tv and reading you can do. I does get kind of boring. But I think the worse part, was that I got so sore from being on the one side all the time. Allow visitors, they don't care what you look like and it helps to break up the day.

Regarding scrapbooking-- do the digital stuff!
Prepare a baby scrapbook this way. That way, when baby comes, all you need to do is add the photos. You won't have time for anything else!

Make jewelry. Get a big tray table or something that can be easily pushed to the side, and keep all your supplies there.
