Sorry for the double post, but Amber and I must have been posting at the same time.

Amber--Does it get really hard to the touch? It is probably BH; they can be pretty uncomfortable. Try drinking a big glass of water (they get worse if you are even slightly dehydrated) and lying on your left side; that is supposed to help. They will probably go away on their own. I get more if my bladder is full, also. My doctor told me that I shouldn't worry about them unless my stomache gets hard, hurts, and it lasts for more than 30 seconds. He assured me that having a few painful bh is ok, but if you get more than 4 of the hard, hurt, kind in an hour, you may want to go in. Good luck, and keep us posted.

amber-I agree with Krissy. I wonder if you are dehydrated, that did it for me almost everytime. Do exactly as she said and see how you feel. If they are irregular and not lasting long, they are probably BH. Yes, bh's can get uncomfortable. But they should not be OMG my tummy is being ripped apart uncomfortable. KWIM? If they come more than 4 an hour(painful ones) then I would call the doctor.

Amber - I started noticing the same thing last week. A weird tightening in the center of my stomach. It has not been painful, but it has been noticeable. I mentioned it to the nurse today & she said its normal, as long as they random. She said if I have more than 5-6 in one hour, they want to know.

We are back from Cabo. I'll post more later - its been a while!

Amber~ I agree, it sounds like BH to me. I had them ALL OF THE TIME from about 28 weeks until the end of my pregnancy. I have to ask too, just because I'm curious - what makes you think you'll have Graham 3 weeks early? Just a "feeling"? I totally knew I wouldn't have Jaicee early, and I was RIGHT. I was induced 4 days before my due date. It's weird what us mommies know.

Krissy~ Your house is SOOO nice. I love what you've done to it so far. I can't imagine ever having the money for all of the upgrades. I bet when you're ready to sell it you'll REALLY get your money's worth out of it!

Jenna--I hear you on how expensive it is for upgrades. If DH wasn't a contractor, we couldn't have bought this house; there is no way we could actually afford to pay full price for materials and pay for someone elses labor. He ends up working on it all the time, though, which is sort of a downfall.

Our 18 year old niece had her twins tonight! She delivered the first one vaginally, 5 lbs, but when he came out the other one twisted into a breech position, and they had to knock her COMPLETELY out and get the second one out via c-section. They were sharing a placenta, and for whatever reason they needed to get him out quick, which is too bad because she had to be under general anesthetic, and when we heard from her she was pretty out of it and still had not seen the second baby. That would suck. The second baby was 3 lbs, but they are both healthy. We were pretty worried about her and the babies; especially since she is so young, but they are all doing great. Yeah, more babies for Ely to play with!

Krissy-love your house! We have a foreclosure that we have worked on and put in hardwood too. They are so nice for when you have a kid, except for when they first try and walk.

Jenna-My intuition must suck because I wanted to go PAST my due date to be as far away from Christmas as possible, and Avery was born a month early!

So I followed what krissy said last night and ended up knocked out on the couch for a few hours and haven't had any since. I'm gonna ask about it tuesday at my appt. I'm not sure how many I had I just knew the timing was super random. there were a handful though.

I think I'm going 3 weeks early because I feel like I may explode. Does that make any sense? I'm not sure how to explain it. I don't want him out until he's ready but I don't feel like I can hold out as long as he can. KWIM?

Amber--Glad you are feeling better--I get those ALL the time, it is really annoying and it scared me at first. Oh, and about the EDD I feel the same way. I am just sure this kid is going to come early. I have thought he would come at 36 weeks all the way through. I hope he stays in a little longer than that, but I seriously do not think that my body can grow much more! Watch it be you and me that go way over our dates or something! LOL! (that would not be funny, though!)

Last night I woke up around 3 am with serious cramps; sort of like menstrual cramps or constipation cramps, but worse. My uterus was not getting hard, and it didn't feel at all like bh. I am not constipated, either. Any ideas if I should be worried? Ely is moving around like crazy, still, so it doesnt seem to be a problem for him, but I was in serious pain. It didn't come and go like a contraction, it was constant for about an hour and a half, and then I was finally able to fall back asleep.

Krissy- My u/s went wonderfully! Dominic is now face down and ready to go!!!!! YEAH! Kidneys are looking good.

I most DEFINITELY lost my mucus plug this morning. It was really gross looking. I've been wearing a pad all day just in case my water decides to break.

Amber- I kwym about the feeling of being stuffed. I feel like a stuffed turkey. I am ALL BABY!

Yay, Jo! Sounds like things are progressing forward, and Dominic is starting to cooperate! I'm so excited for you; I hope that he decides to make his appearance soon, we are all waiting!

Krissy - You may need to call your Dr. if you are in pain for that long. Just to make sure. My contractions started out as a menstrual cramp sensation BUT they have a three parts to the contraction, start, climax, and ending. HTH. If you are ever unsure it is ALWAYS better to be safe than sorry. Are you feeling alright today?

Jo-That's great news! Things are moving for you and can't wait til little Dominic makes his appearance.

I had my thyroid check up yesterday. Everything looks good. He had all my bloodwork results from my OB's last appt. and I passed my glucose test. Which I assumed since they ahven't called me. Yahoo. So I will see him one more time before the baby comes to check my level.

I painted the trim in the baby's room to finsh preparing for picking up the furniture next week. I can't wait. My glider is alos in so I'll have everything. I will post pics once we get it put together!

Ok my usual rant.....my ILs are here and screwing up my holiday weekend. They have a wedding today but not til 5:30pm. We had plans of doing things around the house and then heading out to celebrate our anniv which was on Thursday. We didn't expect them to be sitting here until they went to the wedding. Now we can't get anything done like we planned and DH will be stuck doing it all tomorrow instead of relaxing like we wanted to tomorrow. Plus it's beautiful out and we are stuck just sitting here. UGH.

Hi to everyone else!

I have alot of catching up to do!

We had a fantastic time in Cabo. It was super relaxing & I got lots of sleep. Layed by the pool, every day, all day. Randy drank margaritas for the both of us. A tropical storm came thru on Sunday, but it really wasn't a big deal. We just relaxed in the room & a break from the sun was probably a good idea anyway.
The baby belly is tan! I was sad to come back, but excited to start unpacking Jackson's room & decorating. I am definitely looking preggo now! I think I grew a ton while we were gone.

Yesterday we went to the Texas football game (we have had season tickets since college). It was fun & a little overcast, which made the weather better, but I am pooped now.

I had a Dr.s appt on Thursday & I am measuring on track. I am still waiting on my glucose test results, but I am hoping that since I didn't hear on friday, that I am in the clear. I have graduated to 2 week appts! Jackson is definitely bigger & I can feel him alot more now. Kicking, pressure, and sometimes I can feel his butt or his head on one side. Kinda cool & only a little uncomfortable. Oh, & I started getting BH on vacation. What a weird feeling.

I think that's all my updates since I was gone. Sorry for the long post!
