Kristy, you could go plain white like you have mentioned before and then add small areas of color after the baby gets here, such as pink or blue letters to spell out the name on a shelf or pink or blue gingham liners in baskets to hold all your nessecities.

you could do a tropical theme... an aquarium type theme...or even a doggie type room, with paw prints and stuff.

I like bears, they go either way. I had thought of Noah's Ark, but I think we have decided if and when we will just go with bears.

Bears are a great idea. Our nursery is Boyd's Bears. It has blues, yellows, greens, pinks, peaches, whites, etc. It has some bears dressed as boys and some dressed as girls. I couldn't wait to get the nursery items so I bought them at 7 weeks along. I had to get one that could go either way. I've seen quite a few in Babies R Us that look like they could be for either boy or girl.

So I was in Baby Depot this weekend with a girlfriend just looking around and I fell IN LOVE with a Turtle set. It was really pretty had some chenille accents. It was mostly turqouise and blue sort of patchwork but not really. It was definately okay for either one. I am not a turtle fan but this set was ADORABLE. Had a few other things on it but I can't remeber. We used planes and helicopters with my DS and it was very cute for a baby boy. Light blue chambray with primary colored airplanes and helicopters. The bumper pad was striped and had stars on the other side. He has a BIG BOY room now which is sports.....Very boyish with some pictures on his walls that was DH's when he was a kid. Sentimental.

We are leaning toward the hopes of a girl this time.......WHO CARES as long as it is a healthy baby.

I found this one online at babies r us. It's only $70 and looks snuggly!! It incorporates all the colors so looks gender friendly. I'll need that when I'm pg, cause it's gonna be a guessing game. I don't want to know!

But we didn't BD when I O'ed, Had two days prior. Not getting my hopes up unless Elmo doesn't show. Then I will get excited.

I guess I just don't feel lucky with him gone all the time. I know our prime times and it seems to always happen in the middle of the week and he is just home on the weekends. It is in God's hands, I have to look at it like that. I did have pee idis all weekend and still do. But who knows?

I am praying for all of us!

I am with you girls on not wanting to know the sex. I love the bedding Cassie! I am going to go with an Alphabets and Animals theme. So the bedding would work for me too!

Hang in there, Lisa!!! It's so hard to accept what God has in store for us sometimes. But if God wants you and DH to get pg, it will happen, whether you think it it's possible or not.

Cassie! I wish I had seen that set! We went w/ bears, but yours was much less expensive and it's so cute! Our was from Baby Depot, and I thought it was a good deal at the time. So much for that.
