the middle name is a combo of my mil's middle name and mine and my mom's middle name.
for a boy- Jacob Alan

I like it! Gave me an idea using my Mom's name. Her name is Gaynell and I thought about Gaylynn. Have to think on this.....

I don't recommend anything with gay in it. My middle name is Gay and even in the 70's and 80's before everything is called gay, I hated it and had many horrible nicknames, even in Catholic school. I wouldn't do that to a child.

I would tend to agree with Melissa - even though it is a fine name (I have an aunt with that middle name). Kids can be really cruel, so it's best not to give them any ammunition. Although, how often do we tell others our middle names, anyway? Do kids do that? (I can't remember, it's been way too long

)

My middle name is Gaye too, and even though there have been a few ignorant people, I always had a come back saying that I was proud to have part of my Mom's name. It is said the way people like to point out things that are innocent and make something bad of them.

when i fall preggers which will hopefully be soon i am hoping for a girl and i love the name Sophie but I am still undecided of a middle name my mums name is rosalie and I had a granmother called margret and the other called eva but i think they may be too old fashioned for me.
Any suggestion would be great.

My friend just had a baby and her name is sophie rose. I love the name Eva. If/when I get pregnant for a girl we have Jeanine (my husbands aunt) Lynne (my MIL whom I love to death). For a boy I like Vicent Markus, My husband like Markus Vincent. I would also Like Vincent James. My baby brother (16) is vinnie and my husband is jimmy (james)
