Laura - You are so right . That's what my Mil told me, too. Unfortunately I'm a very "have to have it right now" kind of person. Although, ttc has taught me a lot more patience than I used to have. I'm not stressing about the name, though. For all I know it could be a girl!

wendy, i'm not sure what to vote...cuz i can see both sides...i think that most people will really assume his name is adam..... but he surely won't have a boring name... ...... you could call him "A.D." , or he could use his initials as a professional name if he turns out to be something sedate like a lawyer etc instead of a crime fighter on the streets-- ....

by the way, my teen dd thinks atom danger is a waaaay cool name!!

what letter does your last name start with, to be sure no little weirdnesses with monograms etc ?

Theresa - Thanks for your input . Our last name starts with an M, so his initials would be A.D.M. (which is Adam ) Kind of funny. Your DD just made my Dh's day .

ha, wendy....does your dh play WoW too???? maybe that's why he likes 'interesting' names...trying to come up with different orc/elf/wizard/whatever names keeps one openminded ...heeheee

Yep, we both play. He's kind of a big teenager as it is, too. We have a lot of fun together. We both put a lot of thought into our character names. There's one guy on the server we play on that says he chose his name by hitting his head on his keyboard . I thought that was pretty funny. Dh has an undead mage named "Deadbeat".

Wendy ~ I agree with the others. I like Atom but not Danger. Maybe you will have a little girl and won't have to upset dh.
