Meredith never makes the list, Kaitlin came in top 10 (although spelled with a y), and Dh (Christian) was #37!

Some surprises on that list...some ultra traditional stuff that hasn't been around for a long time, though not as heavy on the biblical-traditional names. A a few WEIRD ones.

And most of my baby names are on there (Matthew, Nicolas, Grace, Elizabeth, Katherine -- just missing Eve, Rebekah, and Margaret).

Meredith -- don't worry, you're name WILL be on that list within the next few years. Meredith is a major character on one of the more popular drama shows on tv (Grey's Anatomy, of course), but it usually still takes a few years for them to get on 'the list'. Like Aidin for a boy - Sex and the City has been over for a few years. And Emma is up there (still even), and Friends has been over for a few years. It takes a bit of time, but I'm predicting that Meredith will make a splash on the list soon. The first whisperings I heard of 'Liam' were a handful of years back too, from Angel (of Buffy the Vampire spin-off fame); it was Angel's real name before he was turned into a vampire. Those names from highly popular tv shows take a few years, but the change those lists.

Steph - I don't watch Grey's Anatomy, but I knew there was a Meredith on there, so yeah, in a few years.

It surprises me that they're saying Addison is so high on the list because of Grey's but Meredith hasn't made it yet!

My name is not there and never is. DH (Michael) is surprisingly low at #13. And of the baby names we've talked about Dylan is #16 and Isabel is #29 (spelled Isabelle) and #2 Isabella (I wonder if Izzy on Grey's has anything to do with that?).
