Want Baby
I have been trying to conceive for almost 4 years. I have had 2 miscarriages and have irregular periods. I would really like to start a family, it has been 4 months without a period and nothing....what can I do????

You really should see your gyn. If you aren't pg, they can give you provera to induce AF. I would also suggest that you have some blood work done to see where your hormone levels are.
How irregular are your periods? Is it normal for you to go 4 months between cycles??

I have always been irrgular since I had my first m/c. Sometimes I have gone more than 4 months without a p. I have gone to so many gyn and nothing. They say the same thing wait for a year

You really need to find someone who will listen to you. You can't keep 'waiting a year'. If you do, before you know it, you'll be too old to get pg. You need to be assertive and tell the doctors what YOU want, don't let them tell you what they think you should do. This is your body and it is your life... you control it.
It is so incredibly unhealthy to not bleed in 4 months. You obviously have some hormonal imbalance that is keeping you from having regular cycles. This can cause serious problems if you don't figure out what it is. Call your gyn, tell him/her that you want something to bring on a period and tell him/her that you want cd3 blood work - check your estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, lh, fsh, tsh, t4, t3, prolactin - just to start.

I completely agree!!! There is no reason for a doctor to just tell you to wait a year.
I just stopped having a period for about 6 months before we were trying to concieve, during that time i saw a couple doctors because i knew something wasn't right and each one said just give it time and it would work itself out. Well during that time DH and I decided we wanted to start TTC so I called around and found a new doc. He never mentioned waiting or giving it time. He instantly put me on Provera and then (after a few test) Clomid.
