Vitamin B6
Its me again
 One of my friends told me that vitamin B6 is helpful in TTC, because it boosts your progesterone level, which helps with implantation. Anyone ever hear of this or try it?

My mother took B's for a month and got pg with my brother. Previously, she hadn't been able to conceive. My uncle was a chiropractor and suggested them. There are a lot of B's in a supplement that I take for 'sexual health'...... As far as helping with the production of progesterone... I hadn't heard that before. Might be something to research.
