Default still trying...

this is bccle and i'm new in message boards. but i believe that venting out helps with all the stress of trying for a baby.
we have been trying for over 5yrs. now and have undergone laparoscopy 2 yrs ago because i have endometriosis. OB said it's ok now and took the pills so it would remain inactive. but OB said to check in with reproductive immunologist to check my blood and my husband's. turns out that anti-sperm antibodies are high which keeps us from getting pregnant. we are in the process of LIT (white blood cell transfer from husband and other donors to me). i have been desperately waiting but don't know of anyone taking same road as i am. i am eager to hear from anyone who can relate to my experience. thanks for checking out my post.

Hi bccle.... Welcome to the group. There isn't anyone here who has been trying as long as you. I have read some about the anti sperm anti bodies and don't really know a lot about it. I hope that your wbc treatment works for you. You are more than welcome to join us in the March threads of the TTC section.

Stay hopeful! Please let us know how things work out for you.

Can I ask..... How did your dr. come to the conclusion that it was the antisperm antibodies?

bccle- I too have endometriosis, as well as travelgirl and some others. I don't know that any of us has discovered any antisperm antibodies, is it linked directly to the endo?

Rac - I am pretty sure the Antibodies are tested in the SA. His script said sperm analysis and antisperm antibodies. He also has blood work done too - so it may be tested through blood work also?
