I have not been here in a while, i really have been focusing on trying to do everything the doctor said. i was soo stressed out all of the time and staying home made it even worse. so i decided to go back to work. I went through a very long application process and i actually got the job. it is a great job and i am so excited. but i had decided that if god gave me this job I was going to put off trying to concieve for a while and just focus on me for a while. LOW AND BEHOLD i recieved conformation on the job on the 20 and on christmas day, I got a POSITIVE!!!!! i was feeling very unsure because i have gone through multiple miscarriages.
when i went to the doc based on my LMP i should be 7 weeks, but when i went for my first sonogram yesturday they did not see anything but thick endometrium in my uterus??? what ever that is. the sonographer said she felf i was only 2-3 weeks along, but i am 2 weeks late. I had my HCG ran and it is only 450, does this sound right. i am supposed to go back tomorrow to see if it is going up or down. I am so scared. after 2 years of trying i finally get pg and now things just dont seem right.

from your experience does this sound possible my LMP was Nov 7 and by the sono and hcg it shows only like 2-3 weeks. I am so confused please help if you have any insight on this, also any info on hcg levels would be great. i dont know where else to turn.

I think you need to wait and see what your blood tests do. I know it sucks to wait it out (believe me, I know) but if you weren't charting you'll have no idea if you ovulated on schedule or not. It's possible that you ovulated later than normal, and that everything is fine. If your HCG is 450, you won't see anything on the u/s. Usually you can't see anything until it reaches 1,000 to 2,000. The thick endometrium is your uterus preparing the lining for carrying a baby. It's part of the early stages of pregnancy.

i agree with em, you could be a late ovulator and that could be the issue. going by the lmp is based on a typical 28 day cycle, which many arent. good luck with yur blood test. maybe you finally got your bfp when you started concentrating on getting the job and not all one ttc. no matter case, congrats and keep us updated!!
