Mary- {Hugs} I think that having a plan is good as long as it is really what you want. I think it is good to take care of yourself, and I sure hope a break will help you re-charge your batteries. More power to you about maybe a second job! I'm way too lazy for that.

Oh, and BTW, please don't try and muscle through the AF pain. I've been there, girl and if ya gotta go for the ibuprophen then that's what you need!

deanna I'm not sure if it would be similar or not but I had my gall bladder removed lapriscopic and after staying home one day I was out with the girls lol I was still sore but not too bad so you may be able to go to the concert take your pain meds (if they don't knock you out) I was NKOTB in Oct and am seeing them again next month it was a great show so much fun I hope you don't have to miss it.

Deanna - You will be fine! I was nervous too but afterwards I was like why was I so nervous? I felt bad motion sickness on the ride home, so I brought a towel from the hospital and water just in case! It was a 40 minute ride home too That was the worst part, feeling sick and stepping up into DH's truck.

Mary - Hugs. Maybe a break will be good for you. I know that working out and walking for me releases a lot of TTC stress. I hear you on the timed bd.

Rebecca - I'm glad your appt. is close to the weekend so you don't have to take much time off work. I'm sure both of your home nurses will take good care of you(Tehva & Nimosh)

Claire - I miss your funny posts! Glad to see your doing good!

Its almost the weekend!!! I'm so glad

Renee~I do believe that having your gall bladder out is along the same lines of the surgery i'm getting. I'll have all day Friday and Saturday to recover for the most part. Enough that I can walk around and stuff.

Karyn~How are you? I am very nervous for this surgery, but I get nervous before they check my blood sugar lol. I'm more nervous of the thought of them cutting me and going through my belly button. Do you get stiches or anything? I also live about 40 min away from the hospital too. Will I be able to eat afterwards? AF might be in town for the surgery too...so i'll have that on top of everything else!!

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Hi goils! I haven't caught up on my posts, but just wanted to say really quickly, Irene *hugs* and Mary, I know how you feel, I'm sorry!

Um, Rebecca (or anyone else) I'm having an issue. I'm waiting for AF. I've been spotting for what seems like forever and have had a temp drop but no AF. I'm hoping that just by typing this out, she'll just come already. Not a hint of a cramp like last week. I'm concerned that it is going to hit me like a bad storm and bring me to my knees. Why is my LP so darn long? Does anyone think I just O'd late? Any advice would be most appreciated.

Oh, and we got Cap'ns b/w. Just waiting for AF to start before calling the RE...

Melissa - I don't think your O date is wrong. I just think you had a good strong O from the clomid and she's taking her good old time. Maybe she'll show tomorrow since you had the temp drop today. We can be cycle buddies....

Let's just say we don't have the money for IF treatments right now. Do you think it's a bad idea to try to donate eggs? Cheap ass way to find out if something might be wrong? Please don't shoot me, I'm just asking.

Mel - Rac's the professional. I'm glad you guys got the results.

Mary - You have no IF coverage, right?? I wonder if there is somthing you could come up with to get your doctor to do some testing.... severe cramping is one - maybe an ultrasound or additional b/w and it can be coded as a menstrual thing rather than IF testing???

Mary~ I don't think you should donate eggs for just a "cheap" way to try to figure out what is wrong. You could question endometriosis to get some tests done without it coded as infertility.

Okay, caught up on my posts!

Mare ~ Yay for c/h! Glad court went well.

Karyn ~ I totally hear you on the X-mas stuff out early. Why can't we enjoy the here and now? I refuse to get the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks until October 1 and soon, they will come out with the Christmas flavors and I will not even look in that direction until after Thanksgiving! So at Kohl's do they have nice coats? I was thinking that I needed to get a new nice coat for NYC next month...

Irene ~ You are probably in Montana now...try and have fun, love ya, girlie!!! Looks like, you, Rebecca & I are cycle buddies...

Rebecca ~ I was reading Mary's post and was thinking about your sister too...yep, I think we'll be cycle buddies too.

Deanna ~ Speaking of the NKOTB concert. My friend that I'm going with to the concert texted me the other day asking if I knew of anyone who could buy her cousin's ticket b/ her cousin is pg. (Good I don't want her there anyway) I got the skinny on that and apparently, she got pg w/ some guy whom she is marrying this weekend. Oh, and have I mentioned that she has had multiple abortions in her past. Can you tell I'm glad she's not going???

Mary ~ *hugs*

Em ~ Nah...I'm not interested in getting pee on myself to see a stark white invisible line, it just makes me cry.

Mary ~ Yep, IUI this cycle!!!

Melissa - Oh the Pumpkin Spice Latte is SO good!! I don't even think about it in regards to 'seasons'. Heck, I still order the Peppermint Mocha in the summer even though it's technically a 'Christmas' drink. LOL I'm just an addict.

So, since you're doing IUI, will they be doing any monitoring?? I'm hoping that you get lots of follies on the side that's not blocked!!

Deanna - I'm good, thanks! I did have stitches, I had 3 cuts. They are small though. One where each ovary is and at the outside of my belly button. The stitches dissolve. When I got home, I took a nap then ate. I had mine done before AF. Did your doctor say you could have it done during AF? Not trying to make you freak out more, I was just wondering!

Melissa - When I was on Clomid, I O'd later so my cycles were longer. Don't think that helped you out anyway but thought I would share!
I don't know why I'm complaining about Christmas decorations being out, I think I pulled all mine out a week or 2 before Thanksgiving last year!blush: Kohl's coats are more casual. I just bought a brown corduroy one to wear with jeans.

Mary - I think you should push the 'painful periods' and see what kind of testing you can get done. That's the only reason my testing was covered.

Rebecca - You have to pm me your e-mail address, I have a hilarious e-mail of a black lab! Pumpkin Spice latte sounds good! I only drink my boring 1 cup of 1/2 caffeine in the morning! I'm afraid that since I've only drank the 1/2 caffeine, if I got something from Starbucks, I would feel super jittery!

I feel sort of like a cold coming on, I hope it doesn't mess with my O temps. I guess I'll just see what tomorrow's temp is.

Rebecca - Oh! I've only had regualr coffee from there and it was terrible! I've had a few people tell me that Starbucks coffee is terrible but the specialty drinks are awesome! I need to get out more....

Their regular coffee is pretty strong. I brew Starbucks at home, but not nearly as strong as they do!! Some of my low cal favorites are the Caramel Macchiato, Peppermint Mocha and now the Pumpkin Spice.... I always get non-fat milk. lol doesn't make much sense, huh?
