Mel - I'm so confused! It sounds like the nurse and doctor said two completely different things! So the nurse said you'd already Oed but the doctor said your follies grew but not enough and that you needed more time?

Jen - I'm glad your wedding went perfectly! I really miss those days!! I hope everything goes well tonight and that you have great news to report when you get back.

Heidi - I wish I could stop temping but I don't know if I can resist. I can always find something to obsess/stress over even if its not temps anyway - I'm just a worrier by nature!

Rebecca/Mel - I guess it could have been yesterday but its supposed to be 36 hrs-48 hrs after the trigger. I'm so sick of not having a clearcut chart.

Karyn/Mel - oops I put some pics on facebook but I haven't gotten around to uploading them to facebook to put on here. I'll do that soon.

2 hours in the doctor's office later, and I STILL have NO concrete answers. My triglycerides were on the high side, my insulin was on the high side, but according to her everything else was fine. This makes NO damn sense to me. Now she's telling me that we need to do a bunch of tests that the insurance won't cover, and they haven't tried anything to get me pregnant yet.......I don't even know how I feel. I am seriously ready to just say to hell with the doctor's and if we get pregnant great, if not, oh well. I can't deal with the roller coaster. I've been snapping at J all afternoon, AF started today, and I'm just not in any kind of shape to deal with it right now. I'll post the results later, when I have a clearer head.

Melissa - It was a digital opk?? Generally, they will go blank after a period of time. If you had an open circle when you got out of the shower, then it was probably negative. With your chart, though, I really don't believe that you O'd yet. I'm kinda confused by your results.... one said one thing, but the other said something else??

Jen - Take your time to absorb everything. When you get the energy, post your results and tell us more. We'll get you through this.

Speaking of bd...so dh asked me tonight when I am going to ovulate. Uh, DUH, I showed you the postive opk the other night when you went to sleep. You'd think that after 3 1/2 years of opks, it would click. He knew that the positive opk meant iui the following day.... It really makes me wonder sometimes how they can manage to exist.

and to top it all off, they must have put an antibiotic in my iv the other day because I think I have a mild YI. UGH! I wish they would have told me because I would have done some things to avoid this irritation.

Rebecca & Irene ~ Honestly, I don't know WTH anymore, but Irene you basically got the gist of what I got. I took another digital OPK and it was negative so probably the one from this morning was negative too. So, one day of +OPK? I rechecked my BBT and the temp is right, maybe it is broken. oh well, maybe next cycle.

Melissa - One day of a positve opk is pretty normal - especially since you're on clomid. I'm angry at those people for you.

Jen - I'm sorry about AF and about the silly dr. And congrats on the wedding, I too am very excited to see some pics.

Mel - That is so weird, don't you usually get multi + opks? I hope that you and DH got some BD in anyways. Urgh, next cycle, our famous last words, huh?

Where's Mare, and JJ?

Nothing new here, just waiting for this cycle to come and go,

Rac - DH and my DH must be related. It doesn't matter how many times I say it or try to explain it, he's oblivious.

Karyn - too funny yesterday I was all set to temp, and then out of the blue DH wanted some am bd, so temping was kind of out. But I did get one in this morning.

I only have on opk left, I'm trying to decided when to use it, I think maybe Sunday. Since I seriously have no hope for this cycle. Since the I got the HSG script, I'm just really waiting on that to see what's going on.

On a personal note, we have are bi-annual four wheeling party tomorrow, I can't wait! Tonight hand out candy, tomorrow four wheeling party, and Sunday Chiefs game. Big fun weekend, hope everyone else has a great Halloween and rest of the weekend.

I'm putting on some fang marks on my neck this morning, and dressing up as Sucki, from True Blood. LOL

OK ramble

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Melissa - Oh geez, I wish this wasn't so confusing for you. I hope you got some bd in last night!

Irene - I need to get some pics posted too, so at least you guys can put a face with my name!

Mary - To heck with the temp then, yeah for am bd!! A 4-wheeling party, wow how fun! My weekend will be boring. We will have NO trick or treaters because we are in the boonies and DH will be farming all weekend. At least I have a craft show tomorrow then lunch at Olive Garden.

Rebecca - I drank my first cup or the liver cleanse tea last night and it's really good! Thanfully, that would suck if it was terrible!

Hope everyone has a fun Halloween!

Jen - I also got no concrete answers from all of my testing. The only thing the doctor could tell me was that for all of the things they can currently test for, I tested negative. I know it's frustrating, I know you wanted to hear there was an easily diagnosable and fixable problem. You're not alone though. Sometimes they just run out of tests to do. I'm sorry you didn't get more helpful answers.

Aw. Mel, I'm sorry. How old is this girl?

For what it's worth, my coworker's wife just gave birth yesterday. And then when another coworker came to tell me about it, he spent 15 minutes informing me about how beautiful it was when he watched his own son be born. Nothing more frustrating than someone gushing on and on "you just have no idea how amazing it is to hold your newborn in your arms" when all you want to do is scream "no, you're right, I have no idea BECAUSE I AM INFERTILE!".

I smiled and nodded and pretended to be typing an email so he would leave, but he didn't get the message.

I am struggling with all of this so much. I don't even know what to do next. I can't see going through more testing that is going to cost us 1/2 an arm and a leg to find out nothing is wrong. I am just frustrated. They haven't even tried anything yet..........I just don't even know.....I'm really beginning to wonder if all the heartache is even worth it............................

Em & Rebecca ~ Yeah, I know, perfect timing! She's about 16. I just got back from lunch when I participated in the costume contest and each of the teachers who dressed up had to go up one by one to introduce themselves and I followed "Super Preggo Dancer" I'm just on a roll today!

Hi girls!!! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! Tonight I'm gonna drown my sorrows in chocolate and maybe some wine too! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Mel- ugh!! When it rains it pours huh? Sucks...hope you have a good night tonight! If it's any consolation, I had dinner the other night with a preggo friend...who doesn't know about my IF....and I had to hear her complain all night about being pregnant...it just sucks.

Karyn- yum! I love the soup and salad at Olive Garden...oh and breadsticks too of course!

JJ- where are you??

Irene- how are you feeling today? I felt the same kind of thing you did when I took Clomid....kinda uncomfortable, and BD was painful too. Hope you're feeling better.

Hi everyone else!!

Melissa - The 16 year-olds piss me off the most.

Becky - That's 1 thing that stinks about no trick-or-treaters......no candy here!

Emily - How did your boss do with his surgery? Good to see you!

Well I'm not having an "au natural" cycle like I thought. Instead I'm having another HSG done on Wednesday. During my lap, they flushed my tubes as well, my right tube apparently "could not be demonstrated." Well in my paperwork from the Lap it did say that, but I figured that just meant "during the lap." So when I read that, I didn't think anything of it. Well now my RE would like to see if it's open or not. Ticks me off a little because I had one done already, that sucked, and it was open. I wish I wouldn't of waited to call my RE. I should have called him in June when I got my period off Lupron. Oh well, I can't do anything about it now. I thought about not having the HSG done again, but I would like to know if it's open or not, kwim? I have heard though that my RE takes extra time to perform the HSG and a lot of women have better experiences with him. Still not looking forward to another one. I'm going to try to be positive about all this.
