Becky - I completely understand - I don't know why it doesn't bother me when it probably should...

Mel - we're going to Montana in mid-October so we should be around for Veteran's Day weekend. Exciting!!!!

Em - welcome back officially! It must have been a great burden off your shoulders that Juan was the one to bring it up and say that HE wanted to start trying again. I know that you've been through hell but at least you have his support. Hopefully this time around, your dream will come true.

Rebecca - I'm really sorry about the latest news on the adhesion. I have to say that I agree with everyone else who said that it probably was a factor in your IF... even if it was caused by your m/c rather than being responsible for it, I think it could have prevented you from implanting since then. I hope that getting it removed will still be the answer.

JJ - hmmm I think your notes might be a little off because my MIS or AMH number was 2.65. I remember her saying something about below 0.4 is where its bad. Oh well, no big deal - I'm not even going to that doctor anymore and my new RE hasn't mentioned that test.

Happy hump day ladies

I haven't posted in awhile, but i'm still here and still not pregnant! My surgery is now in 23 days. I'm kinda starting to freak out a bit, but thats normal. Hope everything goes well.

I'm not sure if you guys remember me telling you about my friend who did 9 IUI's and had 2 lap surgeries and almost died. She did the embroyo adoption and the first round failed. She did her second transfer 2 weeks ago and had her blood test today. She's pregnant!!! It is much deserved I am so happy for her. I just thought i'd share that with you guys. She has endo really bad and her husband has low sperm count. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that her numbers keep going up!

I noticed some of the ladies got their BFP's while i've been gone. That gives me some hope Well, hope everyone is doing well!

Hi Deanna! I was wondering where you went. Did you manage to schedule the lap/NKOTB concert around each other? OMG, how did your friend almost die? Not from the lap, I hope!

Deanna - the time really has flown by! I'm sure the lap will be fine but I can understand being freaked out about it... hopefully you have plenty of stuff to keep you busy in the next few weeks to stop you from thinking about it too much! Thats great news about your friend - I will be thinking about her and hoping she's got a sticky bean.

I just got a phone call from my insurance about the meds my RE ordered... when I spoke to the nurse the other day, she said she was going to call it in right away since it can take awhile to process... but now it looks like I'll be getting them tomorrow! Unfortunately the way things are shaping up (my CBEFM sticks are still just high but it looks like they're getting darker) I might end up getting AF in Montana which would really suck since I won't be able to get the CD3 b/w and u/s done so I can't do the injects. First I was praying to O and now I'm praying that I don't O until Sunday.

Irene - YAY to getting your meds so fast!! Awesome news! I hope your O stays away a few more days. What cd are you on now anyway??

I called Dee today. I was still pretty perplexed by the whole conversation yesterday. She made me feel a little bit better about what Dr Albert said (because all I could think about was Dr Kubick saying that it could definitely have something to do with my IF). Basically, Dee said Dr Albert is the type to not say something that might get my hopes up, which is understandable. It just sucks. They'll know more after my hysteroscopy is done.

Deanna - So good to see you! I've been wondering where you are. Please check in more often.

Where are Mare and Mary??

Lisa- thanks.

Irene- yea for meds! Hope your O cooperates!

Deanna- great news about your friend...it gives me hope. I really needed to hear that. Hopefully this month goes by quickly so you can get that surgery out of the way! Welcome back!

Rebecca- hoping your hysteroscopy gives you the answers you're looking for. Hang in there. BTW, do you know when you'll be getting it done?

Well ladies, I gave in and took another test this morning........

.....

....

......

and....

....

....

It was positive! I went in to the dr.'s after work to get my first hcg bloodwork. I will get the results tomorrow. Then I go back on Friday to see if the numbers are increasing properly. I do have a question though... I know I am supposed to test 48 hours apart, but if I test after work then I won't get the results until Monday morning. If I test before work on Friday it will only be about 40 hours apart, but I will get results in the middle of the day...what would you all do? I am trying to not get too excited until I get my numbers because the last time I miscarried (several months ago) it was when I got the initial beta number back that I found out I miscarried, so I am bracing myself for the worst.

Deanna ~ Welcome back! We've missed you!

Irene ~ So when do you go to Montana. I was trying to figure out why you wanted to O on Sunday and how that correlated to your cycle. I can't believe no O yet. Grrrrrrrrr. I thought no more wonky cycles.

Hi everyone else! They are going to hire someone to take my 6th class so maybe I can get on more during the day, yay!

RAC I understand your doctor being cautious but a little encouragement can help the soul too. Glad when you can get this done and have it behind you.

Missy praying it sticks and those numbers double. As far as the bloodwork hopefully someone else who know will answer you.

Deanna have missed you, check in more often. Sorry you friend has been through so much but happy she is pregnant.

Irene hoping your O holds off for you.

Yeah Melissa to more time to post.

Kayrn how is your weather there? I woke up to 49 this morning and only suppose to get up to 74 today. I want to get working in the yard this afternoon if I have a chance.

Started my 100 mg of clomid today.....

Good morning everyone!

Missy - A cautious Congrats to you!! I would probably have the second draw done early so I could get the results back without having to wait the whole weekend. I don't think it will much matter if you're shy of the 48 hours. Hcg is supposed to double within 72 hours, so just look for a reasonable increase.

Lisa - Good luck with the 100 mg. Have you talked to your doctor about 7dpo b/w

Becky - School was done two weeks ago, but graduation isn't until next Friday.

Melissa - YAY to possibly more CT time for you!!

Well of course like I don't have enough to stress about, I got my Peak this morning. Why couldn't the stress from getting laid off, keep my O away when if I wanted it to show up it wouldn't?!!?!!?!?!? GGGGRRRR! If I O tomorrow and have a 14 day LP, I will be CD4 when I can get into the RE - the nurse said anytime between CD2-4 was okay but I hate cutting it this close. Please pray that I don't have a shorter LP since I'm not on the clomid!!! Do you think if I started using NPC that would help?

Missy - I understand why you want to be cautious but I'll still say Congratulations! I agree with Rebecca that I would get the b/w done earlier even though it won't be 48 hrs... I think the peace of mind you'll get from getting the results same day rather than having to worry all weekend will be worth it. But like she said, don't be upset if its not doubled.

Lisa - I hope the 100mg does the trick - I second Rebecca on the 7DPO b/w.

Mel - we're leaving for Montana on Thursday 10/16 and not coming back until Monday the 20th - so AF will probably show up on Saturday while we're away That especially sucks since vaca sex is the best part That would be great if you were able to get on here more - you know I miss you!!!

Becky - nice! I'm going to have to see if any of my hotties have blinkies like that!!! I also need to get set up for Halloween... time to redecorate

Rebecca - do you get a full blown cap and gown ceremony? I was so lame when I finished grad school, I didn't even go to the ceremony I can understand why your RE doesn't want to get your hopes up but like Lisa said, a little encouragement would be nice too. Hopefully we'll know more in 2 weeks... I'm going to be praying that the adhesion turns out to be the problem. I'm on CD26 so this is another 40+ day cycle Maybe I do have PCOS.

Irene - It's been a long time since you've had such a long cycle. Even your unmedicated cycles averaged a 14 day lp. I'm not sure gettting progesterone cream will make a difference just in one cycle. It's certainly worth a shot, though. You would be cutting it awfully close, but if you can get to the office for b/w on cd4, you're still well within the limit. The only thing I can think of now that will suck is being in Montant and having AF go with you.

It's not a cap and gown type of thing. It's a three hour process. The first hour is appetizers and 'networking' then two hours for the actual ceremony. I'm not sure how many graduates will be there, though. I know most of the girls from my group will, but there are probably a few other straglers from previous groups who will join. I'll take my camera and be sure to get some pics.

Irene ~ Oh okay, I follow you now. Maybe AF won't follow you to Montana. That would be awesome if she didn't show up again for awhile...Cap'n got our plane tickets last night. Looks like we are a go for NYC!!!
