Thanks Irene! I just talked to Dee. She is calling in my clomid and said that if we want to do the double IUI, we can or we can do a single, or we can just bd, or bd and iui or nothing. It all depends on dh at this point. I don't want to push him. It's been a really rough week for him (a bunch of crap is going on with work) and he's still pretty torn up about Abigail.

Hey Lauren, new car sounds cute, we need to look too, I have a Trailblazer which is pretty good but would love to get a hybrid that gets like 45 miles to the gallon. Love the Toyota Prius, will have to think on that one.

Hang in there, everything will work itself out, no need to worry we can't change things even if we wanted too, so relax and enjoy your last days of school and your vacation too. I know this next time is going to be the charm. I am ready for a lot of success stories here in the next months to come.

Rebecca, Forrest was home last night, he and I had a good cry together over Little Abigail last night too. We talked about how unfair life is to some and others seem to have it all given to them on a silver platter. We just have to have faith that God has a plan we don't know about for us all. It is hard! Praying.......................

Rebecca & Lauren ~ Irene said it perfectly! I lurked in this forum in the beginning to follow Lauren's IVF...I'm one of your biggest cheerleaders, ladies! Rebecca, I think those were good decisions made to refill the clomid and talk to Brad, I'm on pins and needles to see what he says.

TGIF, what a long hard week, glad it is over. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. We finally are cleaning out my Grandmother's house, she died June of 2008, my cousin has bought it and wants to start remodeling it. My Mom is getting a bedroom suite, cedar chest, and rocking chair my Grandmother always sat in. She asked me if we had room for them, which I don't but am going to make room for them. I have an suite that was my Dad's Aunt and Uncles, and Mama said you don't have anything from my side of the family except the picture your were given. Poor Forrest and I will be moving this stuff tomorrow, out house is going to be a wreck until I can get it all arranged.

I need some guidance here. This is cycle #16, 2nd round of Femara and IUI (which should be Sun or Monday). DH got his 3rd S/A done on Tuesday. We got the results back today b/c my RE was out of town. Here's the results from the last 3 times. This time they did the Kruger Strict Morphology and I am so upset about the results. The RE said it's not that bad and would be ok to do the IUI. I need some help here in interpretting these results. The good news is his volume and count more than doubled!! *BTW, DH took Mucinex for 24hrs prior to the test.... I wonder if that helped his volume.*

1st S/A, Cycle #7: (LabCorp)
Count: 92mil
Morphology: 69% (WHO method)
Motility: 67%
Volume: 1.0cc

2nd S/A during IUI Cycle #14: (RE's office) No Morph taken
Count: 14mil
Motility: 79%
Volume: 1.0cc

3rd S/A Cycle #16:
Count: 31mil
Morphology: 3% (Kruger Method)
Motility: 58%
Volume: 2.6cc
pH: 7.6

Stacey - I remember one of the new girls was asking about her dh's SA. His motility was 3% and I think her doctor said they like to see at least 4%. Check over there and ask Claire what she found out. His count looks great, though and YAY to more volume! I'm not sure that the mucinex would help the volume, though. Semen is created in the prostate, so that's where your volume happens. I guess if the semen was too viscous, the mucinex might help with that....

Stacey - I just got my DH's S/A back today as well and put the results in the TTC side. It was the first time I realized that there are different methods for analyzing morphology. With the Kroger method they want to see at least 14% (my DH had 12% so his is low too). In your case though, since your RE said it was fine and since you're doing IUI I wouldn't let it bother you too much - I would assume in the wash they'll get enough good ones! If anything maybe it explains why you've had problems up until now? Claire's DH did have low morphology too and I know that she's been trying to find out more about it... I think she said that she's spoken to other women who have successful conceived with low morph. Definitely check in over there and see if she has any more info that can help you. And yay to the higher count and volume this time around!

Irene- I think Claire's DH had the same # as mine. I really wonder why the RE didn't say we should just do IVF. She said they like to see it over 4%, but that 3% is workable. When we go to do the IUI in the next 2 days, I'm going to ask them to redo the morphology while they're doing the others.

Look what I got!! A +OPK!! I have learned to stick with what works. I have always used Answer and it's worked great for me.... silly me decided to try FR ones too... 2 cycles ago and this cycle I used them and they never give me a +!
So it looks like Sunday is the day!! I'm so nervous and scared. I just really want this to work. We haven't BDed since last Tues night, so he should have a good sample to give! Please pray that this works? I will stop here on Sunday to give the S/A report from the IUI.
