Hi Girls~
Hope you all had a great Easter! We stayed around the house, other than Easter Sunday when we went to see dh's family. The kids went back to their mom's house tonight. I love them dearly, but I think we were all ready for a break. Being a stepmom is just plain hard.

I did my depot shot yesterday morning, and the shot itself was easy, just a regular IM shot. I have had some pretty bad headaches, but other than that it has been ok. The first week is supposed to be the hardest. We should be on schedule to start our DE ivf cycle in May! I am starting to get excited! My donor is going to start bcps next week!

Ann~ I am so sorry to hear of your loss! I imagine it is heartbreaking! There are some wonderful women on this IF side, and I am sure you will find lots of support here. We have been through it all, among our group.

Bec~ I emailed you back!

Steph~ ((hugs)) Wish I were there to hug you! I am SO PROUD of your strength, and plan to move and take care of yourself for a while!

Ann - I am so sorry for your lost. Many of us have been around since your journey with Owen. For many of us, once you are infertile you carry that in your heart always it's not like you are cured and the scars of that are gone. I can't even imagine the days when you were first here with no one before you to lead the way. Unfortunately this side of the tracks has their share of battle wounds. There is a lot of give & take here. The person that is down in the dumps today lifts someone else up tomorrow.

Been a suck ass day today. Started off with a ticket, another girl pregnant at work, my SIL pregnant (who started TTC in January) and I haven't heard from anyone in Jackie's family about the surgery and let's not even talk about referral for Doctor # 8....still not ready.

Top that off with a conversation at baseball with a woman who is being a gestational surrogate she is carrying twins, we were talking about EVERYTHING. And I was in awe of her, I even touched the babies. It was such a magical moment. And another Dad on the team came over and started talking about how wrong ethically that was, his wife just had a baby the way God intended. You guys know me right? You know that conversation did not go well right? I was right up in his face. I already had it in for him for some other overly conservative comments he had made a few weeks ago. It got so loud, that I have been suspended from the field for the next 2 games. Carlos didn't say a word, but my ex jumped right in the mix when he though the guy was getting too physically close to me. So he is suspended too. Damn New Yorkers. I'm sure there will be quite a bit of gossip running around West Fullerton League in the next few weeks. Carlos hasn't said a word to me in the last 2 hours. I don't know if he's scared I'm still pissed or dissappointed of my behavior. Either way, I'm still in fertile patch, so he better get over it, I need swimmers.

If other people want to give their unwanted opinions and thoughts and views, then you're more then welcome to voice yours despite how much others may disagree with you. I would have done the same damn thing and I think that guy had it coming and hope he went home with his tail inbetween his legs. What an ass.

Karyn~That was a really crappy dream you had! I've been having some weird ones too I had a dream the other night about someone else being pregnant, but not to sure who it was. Weird. DH had a dream last night that we both got chased by grizzly bears......i'd rather have pregnancy dreams I think! One more more month of the shots right?

Well, I think I o'd yesterday. I haven't got the ch on FF yet, but i'm assuming I will tomorrow. I got my lovely o pain yesterday. Its such a weird pain! I am not temping in my 2ww either once I get O confirmed. My dr's nurse just called me and I don't need to get my progesterone level checked again. I'm not feeling very hopeful for this cycle but we'll see I guess. We got lots of BD in

Rebecca - It's so good! Equal parts brandy, cointreau, and lemon juice, throw in a teaspoon of sugar, shake it up and put it in the freezer and it becomes a sidecar slurpee. Just like if there were 7-11s in heaven.

Lauren - you're on your way girl! I'm getting so hyped up for you.

Betsy - I am SO proud of you! That guy needed to be put in his place. Who says that? I mean, really, who says that? Someone needed to teach that guy some manners. That will be a story you can tell your grandkids!
