Kristy-wowza, that is a lot of meds! I think it probably helps that you are a nurse. Hopefully I will get to see you in person with a baby bump

Kristy- I keep meaning to ask.. I remember you taking progesterone or something during the 3rd tri with Jack because of your previous preterm labors. Will you have to do that again??

Today was my first Lupron shot, I didn't even feel it! We are getting so close now

It seems like I am back to the waiting stage. Today I went in for the culposcopy for my follow-up abnormal pap smear. My ob/gyn was just going to look at my cervix under the microscope to make sure everything was okay. It was not okay. He did two biopsies on areas that looked abnormal. We will not know the results for 2-3 days. I was heartbroken. I feel so sorry for K and D. I am their chance to finally have the baby they have been trying to have for almost 4 years and I may have to tell her I can't. I wasn't going to tell her since it accomplishes nothing but added worry and stress to her. However, she called, offering to buy me an extra plane ticket so I would not have to spend 10 days in California away from my family. I couldn't let them spend the extra money knowing I might find out this week that I can't cycle this month and possible never cycle. Ugh, I am so upset.

Kristy - I'm so sorry you got this news today. I don't really know exactly what it means. I had to have a biopsy of my cervix done a few years ago, and it showed everything was fine. I hope you will just get good news in a couple of days.

Thank you Kelly that gives me hope.

Christie and Bina thank you. Many prayers are needed that this not only comes back okay for my IP's sake but mine as well.

Christie, I didn't see your earlier question. Yes, I will take the hydroxyprogesterone again to decrease the chance of preterm delivery. I don't know if that helped me carry Jack to term but it is worth it just in case it did.
