Thanks Karyn and Bina. And Bina I never got a chance to tell you how sorry I am about your loss. I'm sure your poor heart was just shattered.

Hopefully I'll have lots of pictures of our vacation to post when we get back!!

Bina - It's been nice not obsessing over a chart - especially with higher hopes from clomid/iui. I was in a terrible, rotten mood yesterday and dh asked if it was because my temp dropped. He does pay attention! I told him that I hadn't been taking it.

Rebecca - I don't blame you for not temping/testing... although its driving me crazy!

Em - damn I was really hoping it would be a surprise BFP from you... but at least AF should be gone before you leave for vacation now. Can't wait to see pictures. Stupid RE... I forget can you see a different one?

Lisa - maybe Forrest will be home more if you keep feeding him like that! I'm sorry that his job keeps him away from you so much Also sorry about elmo

Bina - I was thinking the same thing about Stacey but wouldn't femara or clomid help with progesterone issues too - I know she's been on them b4?

Stacey - <hugs> I can't believe that none of the RE's can figure out whats going on... take a break if thats what you need. It is a lot to go through.

Mel - I agree with Lisa that seafood is easier to cook than chicken... its so much easier to tell when its done. Ever since Mike got salmonella I'm petrified when I cook chicken. Shrimp is super easy... scallops can be a little trickier since if you overcook them they get really rubbery. One of our favorite things to do is wrap scallops with bacon and put them in the oven... I'm sure its not healthy but Mike loved it especially when he was on Atkins.

Karyn - we all love your sexy tractor

Claire just saw your warrior woman, love it!

Em so sorry, but now you can enjoy vacation not worrying about should I or should I not.

Rebecca hope you enjoy your vacation!

Thanks Cassie!

Irene, I wish, but Forrest drives truck over the road, not likely to happen unless we can win the lottery, and that is a long shot! He worked locally for 9 months the hours were awful, when fuel price went up the worked dried up and he went back over the road.

'kay, I think I'm not doing anything cause I'm avoiding scaring the bejezus out of myself. I had some moments of panic last night. My mother called me a few minutes ago going 'hey, what's this I hear, are you serious?' (I'd only talked to my dad about it and it's only been a plan for a very short time).

I gotta re-do my resume. And I'm going to have to do it here, cause they don't have Word on the laptop (my folks). So, yeah, I'll be doing that tomorrow.

I keep having these 'what the $%*& have I started here?' moments. I'm trying not to think, just do. It's coming up so fast. *freak* *freak*

*breathe breathe breathing*

Gotta go talk to mother tonight. Think I'm gonna throw some stuff away too. I gotta make some progress. I really don't want to be doing it all at the last minute. There shouldn't really be too much to do, it's just getting STARTED for real.

Lisa- Thanks . DH is a truck driver? That must be rough on you.

Steph- It's all good, girly. Keep doing, not thinking-and before long, you'll be getting a tan on the beach with some really fruity beverage.

Rac- Have a great vacation! Would be cool if you got a BFP while you were gone. I know we will have a great time. I really do need the time away to think about other things.

Bina- OH NO!! Another m/c? I'm so sorry hun. *HUGS* No the RE never confirmed it was a chemical and they've never tested my progesterone. I will request that if we start TTC again. I don't think they will have any problem checking that. In all the time we were TTC, I never felt as sad as I did on Father's Day.... I think b/c I had such high expectations and it was or 16th cycle. I don't know if or when we will TTC again. I am not missing taking any temps or OPKs or anything. Now that his numbers are really good, I'm hoping that we will just get a surprise BFP or something. But again..... I don't have any expectations these next few months.

Em- I'm sorry AF showed. I was REALLY hoping this was it for you.

Em and Stacey-thanks girls.

Stacey-even if your progesterone comes back normal, maybe taking it would help thicken your lining and help with implantation? I'm biased when it comes to progesterone of course, but it does no harm and can certainly help. As for the m/c the good news is that it wasn't another chemical so wasn't implantation issues, the bad news is that I was almost 10weeks along.

Bina ~ I started the post yesterday sometime and then closed my internet I think, but I wanted to just tell you how thankful I am for you that the physical stuff looks okay. {{{hug}}}

Oh Rhea, that fruity drink on the beach does sound gooooooood. I went to the folks place last night and we got to the number crunching and how we're going to do this and get the mortgage paid and all that. I'm supposed to go over on Sunday so Dad can show me pix of the house (they're still in his camera). I know what her 'stuff' looks like, I've just never been in this particular house. Kinda be nice to know what I'll see when I drive up to it, you know?

Okay, BTW ladies, Bec got a BFN this morning. Wanna keep it low key - she said 'no I'm sorries', you know? Just be loving her and hoping she has a relaxing trip.

Steph - aw crap. Its still early anyways so I'm definitely not going to say I'm sorry. Regardless I'm glad she's getting some alonetime with Brad on this vacation.

Well, okay, I did it. I updated my resume and emailed it to the promising job contact. I was going to send it to Jan (my old friend and fellow jeweler from the jewelry website I used to moderate), but she told me that from what she understood, these people were going to offer me a job! So that gave me more confidence to send it without all my professional packet, letters of recommendation, transcripts, etc. I can send that stuff along soon, even in the mail. I also attached a picture of myself so these people would know who they were talking to; they didn’t ask, of course, but in this business, looking professional is important, so I offered. I sent the picture I cropped of me facing forward in the brown shirt and black pants from the weight loss pix thread. Once stuff like this starts to happen, I’m REALLY going to start feeling the reality here.
