Deanna - Are you back from Mexico? How was it? Melissa - LOL@ not farting in the car, that was hilarious! Claire - Did it suck being that tall & trying to find guys who were taller? I never dated anyone shorter than me or the same height, they HAD to be taller! Stacey - Good luck today! Missy - I'll be thinkng about you tomorrow! Lisa - How was your weekend? Rebecca - We let Dozer swim in the river at the campground on Friday. I forgot how cute they are in the water! We haven't taken him in a long time! Karyn - We have yet to take the dogs some place where they can swim. Nimosh will play in his baby pool, but Tehva wont' touch it. It would be interesting to see what they're like in a lake or river!

My cycles are getting so long
 On CD33, BFN yesterday. I used to have 28-29 day cycles. What is going on with me?! Ugh. (Hoping that this post will spur on AF!) Oh, and did anyone watch the boxing match on Saturday night? That was AWESEOME. And supposedly De La Hoya has promised to fight the winner in December, his last fight ever.

Back from the IUI! I have to say.... yesterday I was in some serious pain on the left side. It was radiating to the back! I had to take 2 Tylenol just to try and get some sleep. I woke up at 3:30am with some bad cramping (which I'm thinking was the eggs popping out and all that liquid irritating my uterus). The IUI went very smoothly. His numbers could have been better, but they were still good. Pray that this works!! **Oh forgot to mention.... DH's company made a change to the ins. carrier and the ins. co. now covers my IUIs!!! We didn't have to pay anything!! We are now open to doing more IUIs since we won't have to pay for it.**
Prewash Count: 67.5mil Motility: 36% (I'm curious as to why this is low, it's never been) Volume: 2.7ml Postwash Count: 11.9mil Motility: 92% Em- I'm sorry hun. Sending you AF vibes. Missy- How's it coming along?

Stacy- That is awsome about the ins! I'm glad it went well. fingers cross that this 2ww goes easy on you.
Em- I wonder what would cause that? Nope, sorry-don't watch boxing. Karyn- Boy did it ever suck being so tall. Here in Santa Fe, the population is over 50% hispanic. Now, I'm really not trying to be racist, but they just don't grow super tall, so it was really hard finding tall guys. I only dated one that was shorter than me. Once, I went to Minnesota to race snowmobiles and I thought I had died and gone to heaven with all those big skandinavian and corn fed farm boys.  Missy- guess you are up next, right? Good luck to you, too.

Claire - I'm from MN originally, so I know exactly what you mean about the tall boys there. Even on the east coast, men are typically shorter, so when I go home it feels so weird to be among the land of giants! My brother is 6'5"!

Hey Karyn, a pretty good weekend I guess, we had our picture made at the local fire department with Cookie. If it is okay I will scan here at work for you all to see. I don't take good pictures, I hate having it made but I wanted one with the three of us. I love watching dogs swim too, so natural for most of them. Webster a Shit-zu Poodle mixed i had couldnot swim. He jumped int he water off the boat one day and sunk to the bottom, I had to dive for him. After that he would not go near the edge of the boat. Too funny but it scared at the time. I need to buy Cookie a life jacket, she is way to brave and I don't know it she could swim or not.
Stacy that is great the ins paid, I hope this is the only one you will need. Praying for success!

Rhea - I am cracking up picturing you with a vertically challenged guy! Did you have to import DH? Stacey - that is great news about the insurance - hopefully you won't need to use it though  I'm glad the IUI went smoothly and DH's count was okay.Em - sorry about the long cycles - it must be so frustrating now that you're trying to not actively TTC. No boxing for me either - I'm so grateful that DH isn't a fan! Rebecca - I think your dogs would love to swim up at temigami. Karyn - I think its great that your cycles have gotten back to normal so quickly after the lupron... your chart is looking good this month. I love the 2WW - every twinge could mean something right?!?! ugh!! Missy - good luck with the trigger tomorrow and insemination Thursday!!

Irene - the frustrating part is that since I'm not tracking O, every time my cycle is long I'm convinced I'm not ovulating anymore!! Or it makes me think I should pee on stuff!
I used to hate boxing, but I have to say I've really started to get into it. DH loves it, and he now is getting into the king of the cage stuff, which I still can't watch because it's too violent. I'm hoping that at some point I'll be able to take Juan to a boxing match in Atlantic City or Madison Sq Gardens.

Em- LOL, Land of the giants! You should see when my family gets together- Between me and my cousins, I think 5'11" is the shortest. Then there's my mom-she's about 5'3". I can imagine how foreign it is to not be tracking O anymore and wonder what's up.
Irene- yep. I had to import DH. He was living in Abq when I met him, but he's from Colorado originally. The guy I dated right before DH was 6'7". Lisa- I love pics! My rotties are night and day with the water. The macho male tiptoes around it and my little puppy splashes and plays in the rain puddles......and she takes her toys swiming and then brings them in the house-grrr..

Lisa- Can't wait to see the pic!
Rac- We took Bella and Pearl hiking and there was this dam/lake and the dogs went down there. Well Bella got in and was thrashing about in panic mode and Pearl swam just as smooth as can be. Bella fetches and Pearl doesn't. Isn't it funny how they can be so different? |

Christie - It is. Tehva and Nimosh are complete opposites. Tehva always smiles, Nimosh looks like he lost his best friend. She fetches, he doesn't. He gets in the pool, she won't touch it. But they get along wonderfully!
