I too would go to a CT gathering at that beautiful place. OMG, awsome, Bec! Love the contrasting fish! Your DH has the cutest serious tour-guide look on his face paddling the boat. LOL.

Irene - We trailered a small aluminum fishing boat with 15hp motor, loaded the back of the truck and only used 3 tanks of gas.... now, that was with a manifold that was missing 2 bolts! No, we didn't know the manifold was missing the bolts. Usually, we make it up there and back in dh's truck on two tanks of gas. The last time I went, we took the big boat - 18' MFG with 115 outboard motor. That sucker is big and heavy - still only used 2 tanks of gas.

Round trip for us is about 1200 miles - from Pittsburgh

OMG girls... don't get me all excited for next year then bail on me..... We would have SOOOOO much fun!
