Has anyone had any experience with HCG injections to induce ovualtion had US on Friday mature follice Dr insisted I leave office and go get this medication as he felt i would likely conceive 70% chance if I took it that day Office stayed open an entire hour to wait until I went to the Pharmacy and brought it back. I barely felt the needle the nurse who gave it to me told me to have intercourse the following day and for three days afterwards. I am feeling cramping like ovulation pain can anyone relate?

I have an HCG injection the day before every insemination.

That is exactly what they are supposed to do - you should ovulate within 24-36 hours of the shot
