Yay -- Super-Pink-Day it is! *hopinghopinghoping* (Steph now tries to remember if she owns anything pink...LOL!)

I'm a little anxious about how things are going to go back in the active ttc world, starting late next week. I know, I'm ridiculous, AF isn't even totally gone yet. I'm armed though, OPKs, HPTs, I've been taking folic acid, baby aspirin, and of course my progesterone cream when the time comes. Only thing I'm NOT taking is any prenatal; I don't want to pick up any old multi-vitamin or prenatal from the grocery store, and I got so confused when I was at the whole foods store the other day; the vitamins there are REALLY pricey. SO, but I need to do that too. I'm eating well, drinking well, almost finished smoking. Armed with blinkies galore too!

Steph - these are the vitamins my dr. told me to take and I did follow the stages w/ them. I liked them - no nasuea or anything.
Promise Prenatal Vitamins | The Perfect Prenatal Vitamin Before, During and After Pregnancy
You can only buy them online as far as I know. I would buy a 90 day supply and get free shipping.

yeah!!!! At my computer with tears, and Dh wants to know what's up, I told him the girls are wearing pick tomorrow. And I got this look . Only a CT girl would understand.

Luckily I have pink PJ's, so I'll wear those to sleep, cause chances are I'll still be in bed when she does her IUI.

Steph - Yep, it's weird thinking about being back on that horse, huh?? Check out the January TTC thread. We were discussing the quality of various supplements. I posted a lot of info over there as to what you should look for in a vitamin supplement. If you want to wait, Dr Z has some info for me regarding supplementation and pregnancy/ttc. Hopefully he will remember to bring it for me on Wednesday. I'll email him to remind him about it. I would imagine Whole Foods has some good quality supplements with the right 'type' of ingredients and yes, good supplements are NOT cheap. I've been a firm believer that you get what you pay for.

Thanks Kelly, and Bec, I'll go back and look at the January thread. I'm glad to wait a few days too. Sun Harvest has all the 'major' organic type brand supplements, and some more odd-ball stuff too. I'm sure you're right, and I was just telling Kelly in the dieting thread how amazing the difference I feel just if I don't start off my day with gatorade while I'm waking up. It really helps get me going in a feel-good way, not a sugar/caffeine way. So, to that end, I'm sure you are right about the vitamins and price. I just don't know if I can *gulp* pay like, $27 for a bottle of vitamins. But, I pay around $20 for my progesterone cream, and that's like a cycle and a half supply I think, so...I gotta look at quantity too. I wear MAC makeup and have for years and years -- it's costly, but at the same time, it last a lot longer than cheaper make-ups.

Maybe I'll go spend some time looking tomorrow while Danny is at work and I don't have any time restraints. Normally I'm there on my lunch break, or after work when I'm tired and just want to go home, when I'm needing prog. cream. Perhaps if I take my time, it won't be so overwhelming.

Betsy ~ !!!! I have a pink nightgown !!! I'll wear it! And I know I have a pair of pink panties...that might be the best I can do for later after I get dressed, but it's pretty appropriate, eh? LMAO!

Melissa~My spotting starts like clock work, I start spotting roughly 7-8 days before AF shows. No signs of it starting, just appears. Its brown in color and I just wear a panty liner. I started spotting tonight too and i'm really torn about it. I was hoping it could be fixed with clomid. Had a huge break down on the way home from work that I almost had to pull over cause I was crying so hard. I just don't understand why this dream would be taken away from me. I've had to many other things taken from me! ahhh makes me want to scream!!! What all tests have you had done? Has your dr got a clue what causes your spotting? I'm going to talk to mine about it when I go back. I want answers! I want to be pregnant! But who doesn't on this site I'm glad tonight was my last night working my second job. I hate seeing the HS girls pregnant! We'll be supporting them cause they'll be on welfare!! I could go on forever tonight, but I won't! If you find anything out, please let me know! How does your spotting work?

Hey girls! Sorry I haven't been on...I have a 12 unit load trying to finish up my master's this quarter on top of work so if I'm not at work or class, my face has been buried in homework and chest high in papers, or out house hunting and running errands. Only 6 more weeks until I can have a life again!

Lauren-I'll definitely be wearing pink for you tomorrow! Fingers crossed for you!

Betsy-How have you been feeling, my dear?

Steph-Thank you for keeping me in touch with ct! Hope things have been better for you and yahoo for serious ttcing!

Rebecca-WooHoo! So happy to hear that you are back to ttc and are enlisting the help of an RE! I am thinking nothing but positive thoughts for you!

Heidi-I'm glad your hysteroscopy went well. I hope hope hope that the removal of the polyp will do the trick!

Karyn-I'm glad your procedure and recovery went well too. I have my fingers crossed that removing the endo will bring you your BFP!

Deanna-Your chart still looks good despite the spotting. I hope it's IB!

Melissa-I hope DH comes back in time for O!

How funny, I came on line to remove my avatar and put something pink up and lo and behold she's already wearing a pink shirt and pink boots, how funny I hadn't noticed that.

Deanna I am so sorry you had a rough drive, in the car alone is always a dangerous time for thoughts to creep into your head. Two words....remain persistent. hugs

What was the name of the girls from the movie Grease? Pink Ladies?
