I feel like the world is against me. I had an ectopic pregnancy last April-June. Was three months along when I found out it was an ectopic. I was devastated.

In addition to that I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and fear that will have an affect on conceiving. The good news before was finding out that I can conceive. What if I can't sustain a pregnancy though?

I am so afraid.

Lostmylittleangel - I too had a m/c in Nov. at 5 wks and know how it hurts. It is good news that you can conceive though. Have you talked to your Dr. about other methods to get pg that don't involve your fallopian tubes? Like IVF? We have a wonderful support system here - join us in the March thread!

I don't think he wants to resort to that yet. He reassured me by telling me that his wife only has one tube and they naturally conceived 4 times, and went on to have healthy pregnancies and babies.

He is optimistic on the PCOS since the ovarian wedge resectioning worked and that I can conceive.

I'm hoping that his optimism helps me out!!

He really is a wonderful doctor.
