Well AF arrived yestreday So I called my dr to have her call in my clomid and she said this will be the last round and if I don't get pg this time then it is time to see a infertility specialist!!

I am praying that this time it works!!!!

I hadn't posted here before and now that I'm a clomid chick I felt an obligation to do so. Started clomd to "overcompensate" for DH's low counts. Already O on my own...so hoping for extra eggies.

started 100mcg on CD 4 until CD 8...then IUI # 3 shortly there after.

so far no side effects. Popping my next 2 pills tonight.

Clomid girls, how long do the s/e last? I took my last pill 6 days ago, and have been nauseas (sp?) for the last four hours. Is this normal?

Roma~ The only SE I had after I stopped the pills was a headache around o time. The nausea may or may not have anything to do with the Clomid. Sorry you aren't feeling well!

I was and stay nauseated with the Clomid, and when I went off for four months was still nauseated the first two months, the nurse says that happend a lot. I was told to drink lots of water and believe it or not, it helps. Caffeine seems to make it worse too.

I never did have any queasy or tired or dizzy problems. The first few months, I was headache-prone for the week after finishing it, and I actually had a true classic migrane (visual disturbances, nausea, vomiting, hangover, etc) when I first got on the 100mg I think it was. I always took mine first thing in the morning, then ate breakfast 1-2 hours later.

Sounds like it's really different for everyone. Y'all could try variations with the time you take it, whether it's on an empty stomach or not, extra water, no caffeine.

I never had any major side effects just the little tingly feeling when i wake up in the morning and sometimes i have headaches but nothing unbearable. Sorry ladies who are having problems just try to deal with it and maybe u could switch up on the time of day you take. Well girls off to work talk to ya later

I was always under the impression that clomid dried you up like the sahara...I have so much CM I've had to change my panty liner twice each day. Also makes me nervous I'm going to O early. Even though I usually don't start OPKing until day 10 I'm going to poas today just incase.

I too have had a ton of CM these 2 cycles on clomid. I was really surprised as well. I haven't had that much in about 4 months. I hope it means something good!
