my girlfriend and i had sex and after i ejaculated....i pulled out and took the condom off....we were laying by each other for about 5 minutes and i picked up the condom and some of my semen dripped on her vagina...but it was about 5 minutes after i ejaculated it. is she at any risk of getting pregnant from that?

yes, semen can generally live for 24-36 hours...

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm no scientist, but there are a whole lot of other factors to consider as well. Is she anywhere near to ovulating, for example (when does she expect her next period and work about two weeks back from that)?

And it seems to me that if the semen did not enter the body that you are probably not going to become a father from this encounter. Consider that sperm has to work against all odds just to travel through the vagina when it is inserted deep within it.

u should worry.let me share my story.when i got pregnant with kody i was on the ring,bleeding,no where near ovualtion cuz i had my period.its been proving that a man does have to ejaculate directly into a females vagina.all that has to happen is the sperm has to enter the vagina by other means like sperm sliding down into vagina.i know this may sound weird but i do know women who have gotten pregnant from having anal sex

Okay please explain to me how someone can get pregnant by having anal sex? IF that is all that happens and the penis does not go near the vagina it can not happen.
