Huh!!!... Well I'm not really sure what it is that i'm doing yet either... Def Pre Nate, Vitex and B Complex... but other than that... I'm not sure... Just hoping for the best I suppose!

You can take Vitex your whole cycle. Just stop when you get a BFP.

I just take one in the morning and one at night but it varies from person to person, some take more.

My EPO came in 500 mg capsules and it says to take one 3-6x daily. But I usually take 2 in the am and 2 in the afternoon.

The only side effect I noticed from the Vitex is that I occasionally got wicked headaches but that was only when I was taking the megadose of it.

My biggest fear is the headaches... I'm taking it 3 x's a day, 400mg each time... No SE yet, but it's only day 2... Maybe I should cut it to 2x's??? Any thoughts??

Ashley~ That's how much I took and I never had side effects. Here's a list of what I took... 3 Dong Quai, 1200 mg Vitex, Prenatal, B Complex, preseed. I didn't use OPK's I used a Fern test. I have a problem of Oing really late and having a very short LP and it really helped me.
My charts were really funky and my OB was shocked that I was actually pregnant. Here is my chart the month before I got pregnant...

This is my pregnant chart. As you can see I never really had a period. and didn't ovulate the month before. And even spotted early in my pregnancy.

No I never took it. My CM was always pretty good. I used preseed for um...size issues not cm issues.

I been taking Vitex for about a month 400mg 3x a day. I also take Robitussin 2 tsp 3x a day. and baby asprin everyday. I havent tried EPO which is better EPO or the robitussin? So far I have had no side affects from the vitex. I have notice this month my AF came and when I started the vitex I started spotting 2 weeks after to a full AF only lasting 3days.
So far I like it.

Becca - LOL instead cups. Yep, pretty much all of us have used them at one time or another. As far as epo vs robitussin... I say epo, just because it's natural and not a 'drug', but that's just me. You'll learn that I'm not big on taking synthetic stuff.

Becca - I think EPO actually helps you create more CM since it acts as a natural estrogen whereas Robitussin thins the CM you already have. You can use both - I've only used Mucinex a few times so I'm not sure how much difference it makes. As for the instead cups yup alot of us have tried them - I like them.

Mel- I agree I am not big on the "drug" thing either. that's why i wanted to try vitex 'herb' I will try the EPO now. how much should i take? I can honestly say I don't remember that last time i seen CM or really checked.

You aren't taking the robitussin everyday of your cycle, right? I just wanted to make sure-LOL. Personally, though- I wouldn't take anything to increase CM if I had plenty- you should start keeping track of that one. Then again, you'll find I'm the "anti-pill" Rac hates synthetics and I hate EVERYTHING. LOL!

I still need to look up the instead cups.....I don't even know what they look like! LOL
