I'm not sure but I completely understand why you wouldn't want to waste a month of clomid. I would think that it would be okay as long as you tell your doctor that you're TTC and could possibly be pregnant before taking any medicine since there are some that could be harmful to a fetus. People have gotten viruses during pregnancy and everything turns out fine...
