I've been doing a bit of research on foods that help with conception and I found this article:

In it, it says that research has shown that women who drink tea are more likely to conceive. In another thread here there's a caffeine counter and it says to limit your intake of caffeine. So what's the go here?

Carly - Tea is good, but you do have to watch the caffeine intake. Caffeine in general is not good because the body converts it to sugar, which is its own can of worms. A lot of girls here have done the green tea route, too. I have! Just not too much.... too much green tea can inhibit the absorption of folic acid, which is imperative especially during ttc and pg.

Thanks for the info Rac. Being a night shift worker, I love my coffee but just as well I love tea even more!
