Congrats on soon getting married.
The only thing I would possibly see posing a problem is weight gain. (assuming you have your dress already picked and sized) If you were to get pregnant right away you would be a good 2 months pregnant for your wedding. You would probably know best what a woman 2 months pregnant can look like. Some you can't even tell, while other's really put on the weight.
If this is not an issue for you, then by all means go for it!
