I am getting married july2 (just 3 months away) and my fiance and i desperately want children. Reading up on the subject and being very close to lots and lots of pregnant people (being a L&D nurse) I know that it takes the average couple up to a year to conceive. We are both very healthy people, and were wondering...would it hurt to start trying to conceive now?

The only thing I would possibly see posing a problem is weight gain. (assuming you have your dress already picked and sized) If you were to get pregnant right away you would be a good 2 months pregnant for your wedding. You would probably know best what a woman 2 months pregnant can look like. Some you can't even tell, while other's really put on the weight.

If this is not an issue for you, then by all means go for it!
