Honeybee~LOL at DH's comment.

Brandy~That's too bad about your brother's job but good that he's moving closer to his son.

Lightnerbride~Welcome! I've heard that you always count cycle day 1 as the day you start a full flow and need to use something for it. I've never been on Clomid though, so I don't know how that affects things. Good luck!

Keeks~Welcome!

As for me, after a nice rise in temperature yesteday, it went down today. BUT, I also woke up about half an hour earlier and couldn't get back to sleep and I've found that that extra half hour really makes a difference, so I'm going to try and not let it bother me. That's what I hate about temping.

Can someone help me with blinkies? I'm really bad at this...
I got a photobucket account and I found some blinkies on line, but now what? I dragged them to my desktop, but they don't "blink" anymore, so I don't think that's right.
So...where do I find blinkies, how do I get them into my photobucket account, and then how do I get them here?
TIA!!!!

Lightner and Keeks... welcome!

JJ - Once you load the blinkie into photobucket, copy the IMG link and paste it into your signature (in your profile.).

Amber - let's hope it was just too early for testing.

Lightnerbride- Welcome! I'm on my 3rd cycle of Clomid and it does make AF lighter. My cycles are shorter as well. I'm also on Metformin, but it's b/c I am insulin resistant. AND I have hypothyroidism as well. . Crazy I know. Any questions about any one of those things and I'm your gal!

Thanks to everyone for welcoming me!
AF showed bright red today and needing more than just a pantyliner so I'm calling today CD1. I'll start my Clomid on Tuesday and hoping this cycle it not only makes me O but leads to a BFP! I try to stay hopeful
Stacey- it sounds like we have some things in common! I'll remember that in case I come up with any more questions (I'm sure it's just a matter of time!)
Well heading to FF to sign up for a chart!
GL to all!

Has anyone used Pre-Seed? Also I have some silly questions...After sex how long do you wait before you get up? or shower? is it bad if anything runs out of you right after sex(does that mean on sperm stay inside of me)? what does putting a pillow under you really do or putting your legs up? I don't know I think I've been trying so long I'm going crazy.

Planning~ I've used Preseed and I like it, but DH doesn't like too much of it. I like ordering it from Amazon because they include free PG tests. We usually BD at night and I don't get up at all and sometimes I prop the pillow under my butt for like half an hour. This is what TCOYF says about sperm and the survival inside the vagina, "The initial gelatinlike consistency of the semen acts to prevent early leakage out of the vagina, while sugar within the gel provides instant energy for sperm motility. But once it has served this purpose, the gel tends to melt and leak out in the ensuing hours, much to the chagrin of many women."

Planning - I have been a preseed user for quite a while. I really like it. I have noticed that after using preseed, the 'leakage' seems to be less than usual, but would still remain laying or propped for a little while after just to be on the safe side.

Lightner and Keeks... welcome!

Planning - I use Preseed as well and really like it. Rebecca - I also noticed that the leakage is reduced and thought that was odd since you'd think it would be increased. Pretty cool that it seems to help things stick!! I also use Instead Cups because I HAVE to get up and clean afterwards because I have a super fear of UTIs. If you can handle laying there, propping your butt up or lifting your legs, the gravity aspect can't hurt.

CD 23 here and still no temp rise. I think the Answer OPKs I was using are a bad batch. Even though I didn't open them that long ago, since it says on the container that you shouldn't use them after 30 days I'm wondering if that has to do with it. I tested simultaneously with an IC this weekend and that one was completely negative while the Answer one was once again positive. So I took out all the OPKs on my chart since they're wrong. I did get a High reading on my monitor this morning so

Good morning ladies!!

It was nice not temping this morning. I so bloated today. We're leaving Wed to Chicago and won't be back until late Sunday night, so at least my mind will be occupied.

Irene- I'm sorry hun. I don't knwo what's going with your body. I bet you were gearing up to O but didn't. I hope you O real soon.

Melissa- You're becomming to TCOYF expert.

I wish I knew what was going on with my body too. Its so hard because when there's no pain or other tangible differences its hard to believe that there's something "wrong". But I'll definitely be mentioning it to my doctor. If nothing else its just making it a pain because I have to wait so long for each cycle.
