My doc said she was given tons of Femcare Balance from one of the drug reps. It had licorice root extract and chaste berry tree extract. It was made by Ortho Molecular Products.

Default HI

I am 20 and my dh is 22 we have been ttc for 6 months now. I thought that it would happen sooner because of the age but now reading about it more I understand that it is not going to happen like they tell you it would in school. i am starting to feel awful and my dh just says it will happen when it happens and I want it now 9 months is long enough to wait. I guess that I just needed someone to talk to.

Baby dust to all!!!

Tinker - welcome! Don't worry everyone on this board understands about the frustration you experience when ttc. My Dh was the same way in the beginning too - "it will happen when it happens" but now he is willing to do just about anything! Don't worry, your Dh will come around too! We are all here to keep you company on the journey and are glad you are with us! Do you chart your temperature or use opk's?

RebeccaQ - Last month I was not able to start on cd 1 because I could not find the Vitex at the pharmacy and had to go out of town for it, and I think I started on cd 6 or something. This time I will be able to start on cd 1. I think I may take one in the morning and one in the evening. I don't want to take too much all at one time and then my system not be able to handle it. Or, I might take one in the morning and one at lunch because I take my prenatal and fish oil at night. I don't like to mix up too much at once.

Tinker - Welcome!

OK ladies - need a little support! Just opened my email and saw a message from Babyfit ( I had joined when I was pg before my m/c) and it was about your pregnancy at 32 weeks! I just feel down suddenly b/c I realized I could have been 32 wks along right now. I had marked this address as spam right after the m/c and had not received a single email until now. Just feeling really bummed - esp. since the last 2 IUI's haven't worked. Just thought I would vent - thanks for listening!

RebeccaQ, (((hugs))). Baby may have left you physically, but he's still with you 32 weeks later, sweetie, just in your heart instead of your tummy. It's okay to hurt for him.

Question for all of you:

What is going on hormonally when AF shows. I know progesterone drops which is why our temps drop but is that connected in any way to Libido.

I am asking because I always get frisky when AF shows ( we don't run red lights though)

I guess it may just be wanting what I can't have.

RebeccaQ-I know how you feel. With my first pg I had a newletter come to me every Saturday via e-mail. So for two months I'd get an e-mail telling me how far along I was getting. Well with this last m/c I learned how to stop them from coming fast. Hugs to you. Whats the next step for you and Dh? Will you do another treatment?

Kia, I think that you are probably frisky during AF because you have a estrogen surge around that time. I am too so I looked it up once.

Rebecca-sorry about the upsetting reminder email.

ivana-I took vitamin B6 last month, but I didn't take it consistently. My O date was 2 days earlier than it had been the last 2 months, but because I took progesterone I dont' know if my LP would have been longer KWIM? I just took 50mg which is safe. I think up to 100mg is safe.

Kia-I think an increase in progesterone also makes the libido increase, not sure about estrogen.

Tinker-welcome!!!

Good Morning everyone!

Lisa - how are you? and the kittens?

Marcia, Rac, Mom, Carol, Ivana, Kia - thanks for all of your support - you are the best! I need to vent:

Just wondering - is anyone else dreading Mother's Day? Last year and this year I have asked my Dh to skip going to church for Mother's day b/c it makes me feel so bad when all the mothers stand up to get flowers and I am the only one sitting down (except the teenagers). With all that has happened the past 7 mos, I feel Mother's day is just a big reminder that I am NOT a mother. My own mother is spending the week with my younger sister and her baby, so I won't even see her for Mother's day. I actually don't even feel like going to Dh's mother's house - everyone else has children and his mother buys special gifts for all of them (the mothers) and again we are the only ones who don't have children, so we sit and watch it all. Personally, right now Mother's day sucks for me and I wish I could skip it completely!!

Rebecca - I am dreding it too. Every year my whole family gets together and the men cook for the moms, so I'm left kinds hovering inbetween. I'm not a guy, so they don't let me help cook, but since I'm not a mom, I don't feel right with the girls either. My MIL always tells me that I'm
