Lindy-LOL, I had to wrap a towel around the seat of my bike with elec tape for that reason!!! Girl, I'm proud of that schedule. I don't want to discourage you, but I hope you don't OVERdo it, KWIM?

Rac~ I started breaking them to ride at 2 b/c I had to. But I would take it real easy on them and wouldn't ask them much more than just ride easy in a straight line until they were 3.

KC- I have no idea about the CBEFM. But, I do get O pain and breast pain b4, during and after O. I'm not sure why our bbs respond like that, but it doesn't seem like it takes much hormones for that to happen to me! LOL

K so great news. My subbing day was ok. Kids were a little testy, but I got through it. I just got home and checked for my scores and I PASSED!!! I'm stoked. I called DH and told him that i'm going shopping to celebrate. I was so nervous all day, and even more scared to look at the screen. I prob would have made someone else do it for me if anyone was here. Oh i'm super excited! Another goal behind me... now if I could only get a little pink line

Bina, yeah shes kinda known to not hold back too much so i almost expect it??

Claire, you'll b happy to know that on my ride home from work, while yawning, my ear finally, popped! I can hear again. I am still a little congested, but its def getting better I think! Oh and Congrats on no cigs today! Keep up the good work.... We'll get over you being cranky or ranty for awhile... Awesome!

Mel, I'm right there with ya.. well atleast tired of trying to catch her on a good day. Sorry you had such a crappy evening.

Irene, I just posted this am's temp. It went up a bit from yesterday, but I do see what you mean. Tell me... what does CH mean?? It's prob really obvious but I can't fig it out?? Oh and thanks for mentioning the instead cups. I'll have to look for them when I go shopping later.

Deanna, Sorry you had such a hard time w/ your bw.

Lindy, Congrats on your first 2 lbs! And good idea cutting that goal back some. You'll do it!!!

KC, sorry i'm not much help but i'm very unfamiliar with it... Good luck!

Sorry this is short, i'm just super stoked and I need to go do something... I'll post more later. I hope that everyone had a great Cinco De Mayo!!!

Ashley~ I have nothing intelligent to offer about your chart, sorry. Glad your ear popped! yay!. CH= Cross Hairs. It's the cross that FF puts on your chart when you O. One line is the coverline (horizontal) and one is the O day (vertical)

Yay Ashley! I am so proud of you for your certification. Ummm but what is your certification for? I am really glad that your ear popped! I think if I can lose 5lbs a week that would be the best. I would hit my 30lbs goal in 6 weeks! If that happens then I will shoot for more per week and get down as low as I can before we TTC. I decided that once we do start TTC again that I will keep working out but not as hard. Have fun shopping you shopaholic you .

Claire- I really appreciate your encouragment. I am really happy about it. I am going to go to our apt. gym and do the treadmill once the office people leave. I am going to try and run for a minute. We will see what happens.

KC- my boobs hurt around O and AF. Good luck with your TTC journey! I would try FF, it really helped me. You can also use the CBEFM on the testing. It also gives you some reading that may help answer some of your questions.

I left DH a note during lunch telling him I was at my spin class and my weigh in results. He left a note for me saying his results were 192.6 with a 0 weight lose. He cracks me up. Although, he has lost almost 40 pounds since October. He hasn't exercised or changed his diet. men, I don't get it. I am really feeling like my butt is going to explode, so I am going to have to get moving.

Lindy - 5 lbs a week is alot. I think they say that ideally you lose 2-3 lbs a week if you want to keep it off. It might come off faster in the beginning because you lose some water weight when you're eating healthier and hydrating but don't be discouraged if it tapers off some. I agree with Claire that you should be careful not to overdo it at the gym although I know that you want to maximize your free trial. That workout schedule looks fierce!

Irene- I promise that I will be careful to not overdue it. I am going to pay for the membership no matter what bc I want this to work. I want to lose 92.2lbs total. I want to be healthy again and do the same for DD and future kids that I will be around. I also want to make sure that I don't become diabetic again. I still will promise you I will be careful and not overdue it. Thank you for your concern and support.

Lindy~ I know what you mean about men and losing weight! Have you seen that comercial where there's a cartoon and the wife says : My DH sitched to diet and lost 5lbs, and he started eating subs, blah blah. It's so true. Although for me, it's like the comercial where the cartoon man loses all the weight and the cartoon woman just loses her boobs, and she says "now we're both unhappy" LOL.

Irene~ How are you doing?

Claire - I'm doing okay - thanks for asking! I'm meeting a gf for drinks tonight... non-alcoholic unfortunately (or fortunately depending on what turns up in a few days). You must be pretty thrilled that this cycle is almost over...

I hear you about that commercial. DH did Atkins and lost about 20 lbs in a couple of months... I did it and lost a total of 5... then gained it all back. I'm starting to think I should join you girls I just don't know if I'll be able to keep to a routine

Irene-Good to hear. I got to see an old friend yesterday who now lives out of town-good times. I did a similar program to Atkins when I was just out of highschool. Forget it! I lost about 10lbs really fast and gained it back-really fast! LOL. Routine? Who needs a stinkin routine?

Hi everyone! I hope everyone had a good Monday. I've been feeling some pretty strong o pains on both sides, so I hope that means I have more than one folly growing! I'm supposed to start opk's tomorrow, but I did one today and it was negative.

LIndy~You're workout schedule sounds tough! Good for you for sticking with it!

Ashley~Congrats on passing! I'm glad to hear your day subbing turned out ok. I don't know how you do it. I've only subbed a few times for teachers at my school and I hated it! I don't think I'd like being somewhere different everyday.

KC~My bbs always get sore right before AF. When I started temping, I found out that it was always right after o when it would happen. I think it's the progesterone being elevated at that time of the month that does it.

Melissa~Glad to hear you had a good retreat. Sorry about feeling down. I hate it how those emotions always creep up on us.

Rebecca~I didn't realize we were so close together for the iui's. How is the clomid going for you? Any side effects?

Deanna~Sorry the blood draw was rough. I have small veins too and they always have a hard time finding one. This last time it stung even after they took the needle out.

Bina~Not sure if I said it before, but if I didn't, congratulations!!!

Today this is what I have eaten:
Bkfast: 2 scrambled eggs and about 1/4 cup of curves cereal dry and sm cup of 1% milk
lunch: two ww tortillas with shrimp, carrots, and a tiny amount of cheese with bottle of water
snack: 1/2 a big banana
Dinner: Huge, I mean two cups of raw spinach with grilled chicken, and a 1 TBS of homemade honey mustard. I know crap load of sugar but my sugar was really low yesterday and today. I also had a sm glass of V-8 Spalsh Juice because I haven't had many calories today. I did turn away from ice cream today.

Oh and my butt feels like it sat on a giant nail instead of tumb tack! I really need to figure out something to take or wear that will help my giant butt. Oh and the seat even had the extra cushy gel seat cover. The agony to get skinny.

Claire- I think it is a slimquick commercial that you are talking about. I agree with it so much. I am so scared my boobs will deflate and go away. I love my boobs, but it they went back to a 36 or 38 D would be way better on my back. Oh, and my butt is giant but I don't want to lose too much of that I have always had a great butt.

Irene- Oh who needs a schedule. I do in order to actually hold myself accountable. Otherwise, who needs one? Please come join us, I can be your cheerleader too. I am Claire's already, but cheerleaders cheer teams. Go Irene, Go Irene, Go Go! Ra Ra!

Mel-You may like my newest butt comment. Your school sucks! I appreciate you as a teacher......well as a friend too. Since your school doesn't appreciate you as a teacher, I am glad that you are a great teacher. Happy Teacher Appretiation Week!

I know we can be the TTC Weight loss chicks! Wahoo for kicking some fat butt! Go us Go us Go Go I know, I am a nerd!

Ashley - YAY for passing! About your chart....since you had a positive opk, I bet you will see your temp rise soon.

JJ - No side effects that I'm aware of. I have had a dull headache off and on, but that was happening last week as well. I woke up this morning to a temp of 97.3 and sweating my butt off, but I had dogs laying against me.... so I'm just not sure that any of those things are actual SE. Today was my last pill.
