Irene... Yes, your DH has a great swim team

Mary -- not this long! I am going crazy. lol. My O pains are pretty obvious, and they happened right around the time FF predicted ovulation. Usually AF shows 14 days after ovulation. I have been under a lot of stress lately... that may have something to do with it. I'm ready for answers though!

Rac -- Good luck at the sitters! Can't wait to see doggy pictures DH and I have been taking our kids to the lake, and we discovered that they absolutely love swimming. I want to get some pictures of them next time we go... they are so cute.

With regards to nutrition... My husband is slowly learning the basics. Before, he would go to Subway and get their $5 footlong BMT... load it up, and say it was healthy because he ordered it on wheat! lol.

Thanks girls. Hopefully his great count does offset the fact that he doesn't have a big enough percentage of perfect ones! I'm sure he will be happy to hear about his great count because he's been really worried about it.

Mary - as you can see from the 2 times DH had it done, his motility changed alot and no we didn't do anything to improve it. Has your DH only been tested once? I hope you really don't think of me when you watch the Real Housewives of NYC!!! I saw that show once and its nuts... I don't know any Countesses!!!

Thanks Irene!! Tehva is 2 and Nimosh is 1.

Oh...the dog sitter has a standard poodle named Noodle, a beagle and a lab (she's really old). she's going to have three other dogs there while mine are there! she's out of her mind!! I know they'll be well cared for, though. She also has 2 horses and Nimosh went NUTS when he saw them! They were in the pasture across the road. I can't imagine what he would do if they were in the pasture next to the dog yard!

Rebecca- my mom has a purebread chocolate lab. She is 5 now, and she is the most loveable creature! I love how labs shine with beauty! Those are some beautiful dogs you have.

Thanks girls! I love my dogs.

Lindy - My babies are Charcoal labs. Their dad is a silver lab and their moms (who are sisters) are charcoals, too. Their color is really cool, actually!

Hi ladies! I'm really looking forward to school being out, so I don't have to go so long in between posting
The news is not good for me. I started spotting yesterday. I poas'ed today and it was bfn. So I'm just waiting for AF now. I'm wondering now if I o'd later, because it seems like an awfully long lp. I had thought I o'd the day of the iui because the re said it looked like I was o-ing during the u/s. I told dh I'm temping next month to confirm o. Then I'll know better about when to be excited. LOL

Rebecca-Those are cute dogs. What would we do without our pets?

Melissa-When do you expect to hear about the job?

Default DH wants two now

Rac - DH says "I want two" they are so cute and I would love to have two, I told him a while ago that if we weren't pg by September that we'd get another one. There is just no way I could go through the first year again during the summer.

Ok so now I just checked the CP and it seems lower and harder? How fast does O happen? Like 12 hours?

When I tested with the answer OPK this afternoon at 5, I got a +. DH couldn't wait until this evening (although my dr told me that we should do it right before we go to bed so that it would all stay up there) so we did it anyway. And like you Irene I had pain on the cervix? Pretty painful actually, and I was thinking how is that in the way? Since this morning and at lunch it still seemed to be pretty high, barely reachable. I'm sorry for TMI, I'm just really trying to understand this. I probably should read more about the position. Who knows. But it doesn't make sense that this morning, my cervix seemed high soft (couldn't tell if it was open or not) with a - opk this morning and then it came down with a + opk test? Sorry for the rambling. Also afterward and on the way to dinner I had pain almost like cramps?

I wish I was at the lake, and was boating tomorrow. boo whoo

Irene - so funny about Real Housewives, I watched it for about four hours straight today. And feel so blessed that I am not into material things, and that I have friends that aren't interested in what party their invited to or not. I know I could careless either way.

Mare - I'll pray for you tonight, I just hope that B AF stays away. I really don't like her.

Ok I might go ahead and cuddle with DH, even if he does act like he's 18 most of the time.

Oh and the KC Royals have lost 10 games straight, you think we've stopped watching them, ofcourse not.

OK, here's a new one for me. I was reading on I-village's iui board and someone said she had heard people swear by eating greasy fast-food, like McDonalds on the day of an iui and that helps it work. For the life of me I can't figure out why. No one on there was able to say why either. Have any of you ever heard of this? I really don't see why that would make a difference...

Hi girls...just got back from seeing SATC! Wow..what a great movie....I didn't want it to end. I think I want to see it again...that's how much I liked it!
AF showed this evening...darn witch! We have a Dr.'s appt. next Friday with a new RE. We're getting a second opinion about the lap and hysto. The guy we're going to see is supposed to be really good. Please keep your fingers crossed for us.

JJ- sorry about the bfn... Bring on the Mickey D's!! It couldn't hurt to try it and there are worse things right?

Mel- anxious to hear about the job. Keeping my fingers crossed that you end up at the school that's best for you.

Rebecca- your dogs are very pretty!!

Irene/Lindy/Claire- Hi!

Hi to everyone else. Hope you have a great weekend!

Mary - Your cp can vary throughout the day. It's best to check it at the same time each day and go with that.

Eveyone who has a dog, should have two!

JJ - I wish you weren't spotting. This is all too frustrating. I highly doubt eating McDonalds has anything to do with the success of a cycle, either.

Becky - Good luck with the new RE. Keep us posted.

RAC - That makes sense I guess, this morning CP is still up there but not extra soft, still like the tip of the nose. But I got a + OPK this morning. YAY! So I will be exspecting tomorrow to be wide open and ready for the swim team! I think I might go cheat and have a cup of coffee at my parents. Oh and 27......

Talk to you guys later....

JJ-about the BFN. I'll still hold out hope that the spotting stops and you go on to get a BFP.

Becky- to AF. I hope you have a good appt. this week. And I am glad that SATC is not a letdown, I wanna see it so bad!

Hello Ladies! I hope everyone is having a good Sat.

JJ - I'm sorry to hear about the spotting and BFN. What you read about fast food is interesting. I wonder if it has something to do with comfort food and putting yourself in a positive mood? That is what popped into my head...My old RE would say to stay positive during a cycle and think you are preg.

Mary - Thanks for the prayers. That is really sweet of you.

Becky - Sorry AF arrived. Good luck with the new RE. Glad to hear the movie was good. DH is taking me to see it Monday or Tuesday.

I didn't have many cramps yesterday, but today the strong, AF cramps are back. I'm about to go crazy. I need to out and buy some 'monthly products' --I'm running out of pads because I've been wearing them - it feels like she is arriving any second.

Death to AF!
