Ashley~What grade level do you usually sub in? Or are you at all levels? We always have such a hard time finding subs in my district. But, I think the pay is lower than in surrounding districts.

Rebecca~That's a crazy story about your friend's students!

Melissa~I hope you're having a good time on your retreat!!! My goal is to do all of the housework tonight and have plenty of time for scrapping tomorrow!

Today was my last day of clomid for the month. I started getting really worried last night. I was driving home and started seeing auras like I usually get before a migraine. I wasn't sure if it was *just* a migraine or if it was a side effect of the clomid-I keep hearing that blurred vision means something serious. So I got really worried. I'm fine today, so I think it was "just" a migraine. I didn't really have blurred vision, it was just the auras, but it was enough to scare me!

JJ - looks like we're only three days apart with our clomid/iui. I'm on day 3. Maybe we'll end up having our IUI on the same day.....

I am really worried about getting pg. My uterus feels really tight. I am pretty sure I O'd yesterday and we BD on CD9 twice. I took the OPK and they had faint lines for three days but they were never darker. Although, on CD1-CD7 there weren't any lines. Anybody know why my uterus would feel so tight. It almost hurts but not really.

Happy Saturday, Girls! I just a have a sec. Throwing the stupid "baby shower" today.....The mother to be and her DH were supposed to be here at 10:30....it's now 12:30. Guests show at 2pm. At least I"M ready.

Lindy~ You have got the best attitude about all this. Way to go. You'll do it, and drop that weight and be wonderfully healthy with that attitude. I have no idea what a "tight uterus" feels like, hun, So I don't think I'm much help. With my endo and adenomyosis, I have pains other girls don't have.

Attention everyone: If you want to keep track of what I am eating on my diet check it out on the diet section. I am going to post what I had everyday in the evening after dinner. I think this will help keep me motivated in not cheating. I am holding myself accountable to all of my TTC girls as well as the dieting girls.

Claire- How is your TWW going? When do you plan on testing? I am praying for you.

Irene- I am going to check your homepage to see how many dpo you are. Same question for you when are you planning on testing?

Rebecca-When does it look like you will be going in for the next IUI?

Ashley- Did you O yet? Lot's of BD going on I hope. Are you feeling well yet?

Bina- How are you feeling? Any morning sickness, anything? I am going to live vicariously(sp) through you!

JJ- I hope that you aren't suffering all weekend with a migraine. I know I have migraines that will last for a week sometimes. Well, that was before I got some meds.

Lindy - I'm so proud of how well you're doing so far with your diet! I've been reading your posts in the diet thread. You'll drop those pounds in no time!

I am guessing that my IUI will be early next week - monday or tuesday?? I have to start my opks on Friday. As soon as I get a positive, I go for b/w and u/s then IUI the next day.

JJ and Rac- I hope you don't feel too many s/e from the clomid and that it does the trick to help the iui be successful.

Lindy-I will be stalking you in the diet section, you are doing so great! As for me, I had no morning sickness and felt great the whole PG with Avery so am hoping to be lucky again this time. I have felt a few moments of queasiness before lunch when my stomach is empty and smells are starting to bother me, but its all so minor it could just be my imagination!

Rebecca- Thanks, I am trying really hard. So far we got up late, cleaned the kitchen and make brunch. Which was (for me) 1/3 cup scrambled eggs with a little bit of shredded cheese and a half cup of 1% milk. I actually felt full too. I am not a pig anymore. Wahooo.

As for everyone else, I hope this weekend has been great. Well after the week I had I was hoping for a nice relaxing weekend. I check DD head for lice frequently bc she got it twice from the same kid at the old school. Guess what..............yup you guessed it, I had lice for the first time in my life. DH combed my hair out for 2 hours. Until DD got it I thought only dirty people got it, but it is still really gross! It gives me the heeby jebbies! So, now I am waiting for number 3 of the bad things to happen. It could be my washer is now trying to come off of the track. I guess it could be because I am washing everything in the house today in hot water and having to bag everything else for 2 weeks.

So, since tomorrow is Monday I am going to go to the gym and work off all this built up anger from this week. Like, I said before I hope that everyone had the best weekend. I also hope that everyone has a great Monday and week. P.s. I need some good luck for my first weigh in tomorrow!

Hey Girlies,
Hope that everyone had a great weekend! Mine was a little emotional, but I think i'm exiting my roller coaster??? I didn't get as much time with Dh as I wanted, and knowing that i'm ready to, or possibly O'ing, made it just that much harder... Not to mention I was very upset with him for reasons I think we've resolved??? So I had to work Sat & Sun, and it was/is really slow (i'm there now, obviously not doing to much). We also had 3 Communion parties to attend, one of which we catered (DH does catering on the side, and I often help him make platters and such just so that we can spend time together). So i'm super tired, and oh did I mention that I'm still not really feeling well??? I am so congested and still cannot hear! I think that i'm going to take a "personal" day tomo if they call me to sub, bc I could really use some ME time! Anyway, I remembered to temp this am, not that it really matteres, bc my chart is a mess. From missing temps to high and low from being sick... I'll just chop it up to practice . I did OPK the last few days and finally got a + this am. A little confused bc I tested again b4 work and bd and it was -, so I'm guessing that now's the time??? Hopefully DH will be awake enough when I get home, and we can follow up... not that it'll make much difference, bc they prob can't swim ne way, but I'm just full of mixed feelings about this afternoons try. We were rushed and I didn't get to lay down afterwards but for a min... then I felt like I needed to piddle, but wouldn't let myself. However when I went to clean up (maybe TMI) and get a p/l, I had alot of clear/sticky dc... (Prob bc I didn't lay down for long???) I'm kinda upset w/ myself, but what's done is done!

Sorry for Blabbing... i'm just stressing!

Lindy, you're so funny. I remember growing up and getting lice, everyone always called us dirty, and I never really understood it bc I knew I was a clean kid... I tell Dh all the time that you've never really lived until you've got lice. (He skiveoty's my occupations bc of fear that I may bring it home to him and he's never before been exposed). Anyway, good job with dieting so far... If after my 2ww i'm not pg, maybe i'll join you. Not that I should let that stop me, but I'm just a worrier.

Claire, How did the shower go?? Hopefully everything went great and you were able to enjoy yourself! Can I just tell you what my MIL said today... So we were at this Comm party, at some Union hall. (Which wasn't very "pretty"). And i'm usually not like this, but I did get angry or maybe jealous... but she says, Ashley, I think that we shouold have your babyshower here... So first off, everyone who heard her turns to DH and I and askes if we're pg. Telling them no was painful. But even more so, both of my SIL's got super nice showers at fancy resturants that they got to pick out. I was like... huh ru kidding. I simply responded with Ma, it's not very pretty here.. she was like yeah but I could decorate for you??? UGH! (Babling again... SRY!)

Oh and JJ, I sub K-12. The district that i'm in doesn't care what your certiffied for, they're desperate... So when they call I just ask what its for b4 I accept. They pay really well too, so I'm not sure why they have such a hard time??

Ashley- You are too funny. I really hope that you start feeling better soon. If you don't you need to go back to the dr. i understand on the TWW and not trying to lose weight. I was the same way. It sounds like you had some good BD and an exciting weekend. TTYl

Hello goils! Well I'm back! I had a pretty good time. I got alot done this weekend. I had some wine and stayed up late. My friend won Queen of the Crop which was pretty cool. Toward the end of the weekend I just got pretty tired of everyone talking about their kids, it was draining. But other than that, I had fun.

Lindy ~ Your uterus feels tight? In what way? BTW, using OPKs CD1-CD7 is pretty much a waste of money, if anything, start using them after AF ends or at CD10.

Ashley ~ Did you get BD in? I can't believe what your MIL said and in front of people, that's kind of rude.

Claire ~ How were the showers?

Mel- It just felt tight. I don't know how to explain it, but everytime I moved I could feel it. I have never really felt it like I did. It doesn't feel that way today, but it did the last two days. I am glad that you had a great weekend! Well, I have decided that I O on CD11 so I won't start using OPK's until at least CD 9 or 10 when we do try again. Are you ready for this week and losing some weight? I am very excited. TTYL

Mel, OMG I totally forgot you were away scrapping... I'm so jealous! Can I ask what Queen of the Crop is?? I mean obviously its like winning something for scrapping, but what exactly?? Oh and we did get some in, but nothing like I was planning. I was kinda thinking it's going to have to be a 4am day for me tomo b4 he leaves, but I just got called to sub in a 6th gr sp ed class tomo, so now i'm scared. I often wonder why they throw us gen ed people in w/ sp ed. I mean I have no clue how to care for a support these kids, other than using my common sense and what motherly instinces I do have??? The only thing I ever hope for is an aide to kinda help guide me and lead the way!!! I'll def need some luck dust for tomo ladies! Oh and Mel, about my MIl, nothing ever suprises me with her ne more... I'm just kinda upset about it and I really prob shouldn't be

Lindy, I think i'm doing a lot better. I'm def not going back... well unless my hearing doesn't come back in a few more days. Then i'll prob just call the ent, but i've had 3 diff dr/ps's look and they all say the same thing, that its just fluid build up and I need to give the decongestants time to work?? We'll see...
