Becky ~ I hate asking, and I'm sure you have posted this before but when was your m/c? How far along were you? I completely understand your hesitation about the lap, I personally would feel the same way were I in your position. And 2 HSGs??? Mama mia. I barely survived the first, I don't think I could do a second. *hugs*

Mel- my m/c was back in Novmber and I was 6 weeks along. It sucked pretty bad, had to do the whole D&C thing too....not fun, but sometimes I think...well at least I know I can get PG...but then I wonder if it was just a fluke thing..kwim? I don't know. Seemed like we tried forever before that even happened, and now I don't wanna wait another year plus to get PG again!

Becky-I just had to chime in, but I don't understsand how your Dr. could suspect endo based on just one m/c, because unfortunately m/c are all too common and most of the time have no "reason" I would think that they would try you on clomid first before suggesting surgery. Maybe you could ask your RE to try meds first before surgery? As for your progesterone I am sure it would a lot lower at 3dpo than 7dpo, since I think it peaks at around 7. Sorry you are having to deal with all this *hugs*

Rebecca-9dpo already, I am anxious/excited for you!

Mel- Any news on the job?

Irene- I have been O'ing on CD 11 so this would be early. It was a dif. stronger pain than normal but still in that area. I tried to poop but that didn't make it go away, so I guess it is O pain. I know TMI! I am on CD6 so maybe I will O early.

Becky- I am so sorry to hear that you are having so many issues with the Dr. I will pray for you to get pg and that will be that.

Rebecca- I am still praying for you. I noticed your chart as well. Looks good so far!

Bina- When is your first appointment? How is everything going?

Sweetpea- Oh, just POAS! You are already past your AF date! I will pray that this is it for you!

Claire- I don't know how they measure it exactly but I would think the amount would mean something. Oh, and he has been very good about not JO! He hasn't looked at porn either. So the communication lines have been opened up and I feel better about everything now.

Deanna- Your insulin level is 4.75, Watch out they may say "Oh, honey you are pre-diabetic." I think Dr's are crazy. I check my blood sugar daily and it is always low. I guess I need to get a new Dr!

Everyone else! I hope that you all have a fun, and safe weekend! Have a Funtastic Friday! A super Saturday, and a Splendid Sunday! Mappy Memorial Day! I will be back before then but wanted to fill in my days! I know I know ! TTYL

Becky ~ I'm sorry that happened and here I go sounding like a newbie, but I need to ask, because I've seen it mentioned before and I don't think it is listed in the lingo thread, but what is D & C?

Lindy ~ Nope, nothing. I'm going to call her cell phone tomorrow, I swear. Okay, maybe I'll call the office first. Oh, the agony! I can't believe I've been left hanging like this! After all the trouble I went through. erg.

Mel- D&C is Dialation and cuttage. That is how they clear out the uterus after a m/c. It is one of the same techniques used to do an abortion. It makes me wonder if that would lead to scare tissue. I don't know about what they do for that if that were to happen. I guess it is to make sure that after a m/c a woman doesn't get an infection. I hope that answered your question. Sorry, I probably answered more than you wanted to know. I am going to hound you tomorrow afternoon to see if you called! Go Melissa Go Melissa Go Go! I am cheering you on to make the call! Good luck!

Lindy~Are you saying my insulin is high? Diabeties runs in my family so I really try and watch that. Thats one reason I workout so much. I already told DH though that we are cutting back on salt. I don't even salt my food but he does when he cooks it! My sodium level was high and so was my chloride.

Claire~I'm pretty sure my GYNO does surgery cause she already said a few months ago that we'd go ahead with it. I think she's not thinking its really needed cause my HSG looks normal. But as i've learned on here, that can look normal and still have problems. So we'll see!

Its Friday!!! I feel so sick this morning! Like I drink a ton last night or something. I drink one stupid beer!! Maybe its lack of sleep. Gotta get ready for work....dh is calling my name!

Grr!!! I got my peak this morning but the weird thing is that my temps look like I already Oed so I don't know whats going on - I hate when I get conflicting signs. I did wake up at around 2am with a leakage issue from last night's BDing (sorry TMI!!) so that might have something to do with it since I usually temp at 5am. This sucks though because we only BDed last night and I didn't even use preseed or instead cups since I wasn't expecting to O this early. And tonight I'm going out with my girlfriends and Mike is going to his parents so no BDing until tomorrow

Anyway I was just popping on with that update - I will be back on later after I get to work to respond to everyone else.

Irene - getting up at 2AM could definitely affect your temp.

Deanna - Hmmm... sick this morning?? Maybe it was that right sided O?

Default Morning

Rac- So getting up at 2am can affect your O? or your temp? My temp went back to the norm, which I guess is good. Do you temp orally? How are you feeling?

Irene- Well if you guys BD'd last night then perfect right?

Last night DH asked if we should use the last tube of the seed, and I told him nope we're not close enough to the O for that.

Busy morning, busy day, but I just couldn't stay away from you guys.

Mary - Generally you need three solid hours of sleep to get an accurate temp. If you get up in the middle of the night to pee, that will generally affect your temp. I guess I typed it wrong to Irene.. I'll fix that.

I temp orally. I can't bring myself to doing vaginal temps. Besides, that would be dangerous with two dogs in the bed. As soon as I reach for the thermometer, they're up and stepping all over me - and they're not little dogs, either.

Rebecca - you're looking triphasic to me I know that getting up can affect your temp - I hate when something like this happens on a crucial day in the cycle and messes with my temps. I on purpose didn't pee at 2AM since I didn't want to screw up the FMU but I had to get up to wash. I guess I will trust the monitor and OPKs... I will do an OPK this afternoon again and see what it says.

Mary - We've all said this before - maybe if I was 15 and in the back seat of a car once would be enough but when you've been trying for over a year it just doesn't seem like enough Plus if my temps are right then I would've Oed yesterday so last night's BD might have been too late. I temp vaginally... Rebecca is lucky that she has pretty flat temps orally. Mine aren't even flat vaginally but they were super spiky when I tried orally - I blame DH because he's like a furnace and some nights he's a bed hog so my temps were crazy the first couple of months! Try to save the preseed for when you get a positive OPK!

Deanna - I know O pains are probably sucky when you're not TTC but its pretty cool to have them when you are. I wish I could "tell" when I'm Oing and which side! Stalked you and looks like CD14 was O day... nice temp rise (one beer probably wouldn't have caused that spike)!!

Becky - I think you've mentioned previously that you have really heavy periods... do you have alot of pain with them too? According to Claire the lap isn't that bad and if they do find endo and thats what has been holding you back it would be worth it. But on the other hand, it is really invasive so I'm surprised they wouldn't try a few medicated cycles first... And I hear you on the fear of having to try for another year to get pg a second time... my biggest fear is that after another year it won't stick again. When was your last HSG? I would think it would be pointless to do that again if it was fairly recent.

Lindy - I'm glad things are better between you and DH.

Mel - I was really hoping you would have heard back from the school by now It pisses me off when people are unprofessional like that.

Claire - hey you! I don't think I have anything to respond to. Oh I can say this - I would never fight with you because you tote a gun

Deanna- NO, I am not saying you have diabetes. You do once it his 6 points which would be 6%! I am just saying that bc a dr may say you are pre-diabetic since it runs in your family. I hope I didn't scare you. I was told I am diabetic bc my level was at 6.00. Although, I have been testing my B/S level's since then and it is always low. I even went on a sugar, and pasta binge to see if it would elevate and it did slightly but not even into the normal range! I am sorry if I scared you.

Irene- I had the same darn problem with the leakage this am. I don't know what the deal is! Maybe we should try sleeping on our heads!

Mel- Go Mel Go Mel Go Go! Don't forget to call this AM about the job! I am cheering you on. I know that you deserve a better place where they actually appreciate you! I am going to Chucky Cheese's and a movie with my cousins. But, I WILL be checking on you today! Good luck!

Mary- I have noticed that I am getting on here earlier in the morning again. I just love having friends at my fingertips. Not only do I have great friends on here but they are all so smart! Wahoo for TTC girls!

Ok, I am outta here for the day. I need all of you to help cheer Mel on to call the school to get a great job! Ok, I will talk to yall later!

Irene- Things are really looking up! I am much happier now that we are communicating better. Oh, and our Pre-Seed should come in today. I am also going to try those instead cups. I hope that I didn't O yesterday but we did BD just in case. Ok, I gotta go!

Lindy - they can be a pain to get in and out (as Deanna discovered ) but I really like not having the leakage issue so its tempting to use them all the time!! I sure wish I had last night...

Irene - Yep, one more and it will be triphasic. I've only had one other triphasic chart and that was a pg chart. We'll see. I still think it's the clomid.

If you did O yesterday and bd'd last night, there's still a chance. The egg will live for about 24 hours, so there's time for the swimmers to get to it.
