Ashley - How far past O are you?

Ok we're getting ready to watch SNL, DH is ready for me to poas, I know it's too early, but I have been having what I would consider to be slight pressure in the ovaries. So if I did O last Saturday would it be too early to poas next Saturday?

I will try to post tomorrow when we get home, we are heading to a nearby lake to test run the our boat, before offical lake season starts next weekend.

Mary, If I did actually O on CD 16, then i'm 11dpo right now... I'm just an inpatient little thing... thats all

K ladies... I'm feeling abandonded Where is everyone on this terribly boring and rainy Sunday???

Ok so I am about 8 dpo, if I actually did O on last Saturday. And now I have slight cramps and am spotting. Which is funny because I don't usually spot at all. It's def more red than brown. Do you think that AF is already here?

Ashley- have you tested again? Is there any test that you can used 8 dpo?

This is strange, feedback please?

Well it's offically I had a 17 day cycle this month and AF is here a week early, what a doll! DH is pretty uspet, I'm fine, I'm glad that I'm atleast making a true effort to get this cycle under control. Which kind of makes me think that's why AF is early. Maybe the stress? Who knows. I think I'll go cry myself a river.

Mary - It seems too early for AF. Your temp never dropped, either. Your pre O temps are much lower. Is it definitely bleeding or still spotting (color doesn't matter). If it's still spotting (enough for a liner but not enough for a pad), it's not AF yet.

Rac - Well I did a quick little check and it's enough for a pad and my cramps are starting to get bad. I'll keep you posted if anything changes. What a bummer, but I'm not too surprised either.

Mary - That's only a 16 day cycle. Have you had such short cycles before?? Last cycle was 25 days!

Ok so other than AF my bday was wonderful. We went as a family to Ft Worth and took a train ride to Dallas and then back to Ft Worth. It was all of our first times on a train. It was fun, we really enjoyed the experience. Then we took DD to her friends house to spend the night. We went to Applebees and I had 2 giant margaritas. I was really drunk when we left. Then we went to Burleson to watch What Happens in Vegas. OMG, great movie.

Today we did an at home test to verify that DH has at least 20 mil. spermies! He passed, but we check volume level and it is less than 1mL. Any ideas on what that could mean? What is a normal level? Tomorrow, I promise to post replies and talk more. How is everyone doing? Who is next in line to test? and so on and so forth? TTYL

Lindy - I think normal volume is above 3ml. What type of home test did you use?

Here's a link. It says 2ml. I believe semen is produced by the prostate gland. Medically, I'm not sure what can help that. Alternatively, you can try reflexology.

Rebecca- We used the Baby Start Male Fertility Test to check that he had at least 20 million spermies. As for the volume, I had a sterile mL cup to check that and it didn't even hit the 1 mL line. So, I think we may set up a dr appt for him to have a S/A done. He is around heavy metals, and hazardous chemicals all day so that could pose a problem.

Lindy - My dh did one of those tests too! However, so did Betsy's and his results were positive, while his actual SA was below 20mm, so I don't know how accurate they are. Also, when dh gave his sample the other day for the IUI, it didn't look like even 1ml, but he ended up with 4ml. I think sending him for the SA is a good idea, that way you know for sure. Everything very well could be normal.

Wow Lindy... I didn't even know there were home sa tests! Where ever did you find such a thing?? I've been feeling so la la lately. Idunno what it is. Maybe too much fresh air fro the half nice weather?? Who knows!!

Mary, That does seem a little early for AF to show?? And No, I wanted so badly to test again this am, but I only have one more in the house, so i'm holding out. I'm not working tomo, so I'll prob end up going to get more... We'll see what my temp does first. I'm pretty close to where FF think's I should see AF, only like 3 more days I think (have to check to be sure) so i'm kinda expecting a drop by tomo. I can say that i've been vomiting for the last 3 mornings, but I think that it's more asthma related bc I don't feel ill or diff in any way. BBS are slightly tender, but not even as much as when AF comes... who knows. I'm not feeling too + right now

Ashley - Your chart does look awfully pretty! There's something about even temps that I really like.

Rebecca- Thanks. Oh, and our insurance will cover everything after 1 year of no baby. If after all medicated cycles fail for another year then it will cover 3 IUI's and then it will cover 3 IVF with 3 embryonic transfers with 6-8 cells at 3 days past fertilization. So, worst case senario we won't have to pay too much out of pocket.

Ashley- I would wait at least 2 more days before testing again if there is no temp drop. I am normally a POAS-pusher but with all my - tests lately, what is the point. I bought the test at Walgreens. It cost $30 and took about 20 min. to test. The next one we will get is the Fertell test which is $100 but it test motility, concentration, and something else, as well as a female test that is taken at CD3. I am hoping you will get your BFP soon!

Well it is officially the shortest period I have ever had. I bleed really bad yesterday and today is spotting. I don't even need a pad! I had a 1 day period! I looked at my charts and this cycle had 2 extra days of higher temps. I don't know if that means anything or not. Oh, I got new perfume today and I am getting more soon. I got Armani Code for women and I am going to get Marc Jacobs Daisy and DKNY be delicous. Oh, I love smelling yummy. DH loves my new scent !

Rac, I was super shocked myself... I actually didn't know what to think. Maybe i'll test when I get home...
