Irene ~ I know, huh? I gave Binx some antibiotics. He promptly threw it up on the dining room floor and ran to the sliding door to be let out! Typical guy! Cap'n and I are skipping a movie tonight so that we can keep an eye on him. We are flying to So Cal tomorrow, so we wanna be sure that we don't need to take him to the vet before then...

Good morning! The cable guy was here and supposedly my internet is fixed, but it's still cutting in and out. He said there was too much power on the line, so he rewired some stuff and got rid of some splitters. He said it could be my router (which is mine, not theirs) that's still causing problems. We'll see. I just powered off everything and shut down and restarted, so maybe that will do it.

Anyway...

Claire~Sorry your mom said that. Unfortunately, my mom understands because she had IF problems too

Rebecca~I'm sure you're gone by now. I hope you're having a good time!

Mary~My o pains start before and as soon as I o, they're gone. However, my body seems to be so messed up. This month they're still there. I'm

I went to the library yesterday, looking for books on DE, but they didn't have any. So I checked some out on adoption instead. I also found one on IF called A Few Good Eggs by Julie Vargo. It's not telling me anything I don't already know, but I'm really enjoying reading it. It's written in a humorous way that makes you laugh at IF, but at the same time, it addresses every feeling that I've ever felt and let's me know that I'm not the only one to have these feelings. I'm only a quarter of the way through it, but so far I'm recommending it

Mel - I'm sorry to hear about Binx. I hope he feels better soon.

I think I am getting something. I'm feeling really sick to my stomach, and I just took my temp..99.5. I may go home and take a nap after visiting the vampire. Well, at least it is Friday... I have two days to recover.

Mare- Oh, no! I hope you aren't really getting sick. Feel better soon and hope it isn't an illness.

JJ- I'll have to look into that book. I'm really lacking in some good IF/TTC reading-since I threw the last book off a bridge.

Mel- I hate cleaning up vomit! Sorry your Binx isn't feeling well. I know nada about cats, so I'm no help there. I don't know anything about omega/fish whatever. But I do know that it's your ovaries that make endo worse. ha ha. Let's see if I can get my hormones straight: I *think* I remember reading it's estrogen that makes it worse. hmmm, I'lll have to go back and check that out.

Christie- Well, I guess technically with the open circle, the low temp wouldn't count. I guess 10dpo isn't really too late for implantation-but then again, I hate it when ppl think that every low temp is implant-LOL.

Steph- I'm so glad she's ok!

Well, lets see- in the time I've been gone, I thought our company was going to go out of buisness and we were totally broke and I started bawling......which actually worked out, bc it motivated DH to call the ppl who owe us money and be very serious about collecting. He won't let me do it, bc I'm such a b**ch that we may never work for them again after we get paid. So, now when we take the pup to the vet, we can go pick up a few thousand dollars....enough to make another week or so. Whew! Why did I decide to be a buisness owner, again?

I was afraid ya'll would tell me to BD again JIC....darnit!

Claire - isn't it awful how people don't pay their bills on time??? DH runs a small landscaping business and he is forever chasing people for money. And its usually the loaded ones that are most delayed too... I guess they don't realize that what is peanuts for them could be someone else's livelihood.

Mare - sorry that your temp is still high... I hope that taking the rest of the day and napping will ward it off.

JJ - that IF book sounds interesting... thanks for passing on the name.

Mel - Sacrificing date night with DH to make sure your kitty is okay... thats love!

Irene- I know, it is usually the loaded ones. Except this time, one of the one's that owes us the most is looking like they might go out of buisness . So we'll probably have to lien them-fun. um, how does one do landscaping in NYC? didn't think you could plant grass in concrete..... (You can smack me-I'm such a smart a**)

Claire - legit question! DH has been doing the landscaping for years out on LI where he's from... luckily he found a guy who will work alone on Fridays and then he works with him on Saturdays so he doesn't have to do everything by himself. It pays for the guy and the equipment so essentially we get our own properties landscaped for free plus some extra cash which is always nice... but I still hate it! DH is a workaholic - if he had his way, he would have 10 jobs... instead of just 3.

Hi everyone!

Sorry I didn't get back to anyone yesterday but the power kept going off. So since I wasn't going to start painting the living room in 100 degree heat with no fans, I took the munchkins swimming again.

I swear I wish af would just get here already I've been cramping for days now and no spotting, and no cm. I even did the q-tip test and it came out white. I don't know maybe I bruised my lower abs and back or something from all the bending with the painting or teaching my youngest to swim.

Mel~ Sorry Binx isn't feeling that great maybe he got into something that didn't agree with him, just an idea anyway.

Xena ~ love the new blinkie lol, I used to work telemarketing when I first started working and everyone would hang up on me as soon as they found out that I wanted something from them that's why I gave up that job to be a computer geek. lol

Rebecca ~ hope you're having a great time!!!!!!

Hi to everyone else!!!!!

Brandy

Brandy- boo to no AC. I'm starting to get concerned about your cramping....hope that works out soon.

Irene-uggg, I HATE it when DH goes through his workaholic phases...well,sorta. Right now he's out shoveling in my new flowerbeds . That's pretty cool with the lanscaping, though.

Hiya all!!!

Claire ~ I hope we don't have any more problems with the power cause no AC really sucks. I'm so tempted to make a dr. appt about my cramping, but once I do that I'll end up starting. UGH

Irene-what does of the omega-3 are you going to take for your uterine lining?

Mel-don't worry, we all self-diagnose. I think I've figured out my diagnosis!

Claire-I am supposed to be working from home right now too....

Happy Friday everyone!!

Bina - I was going to get this one because I had a free sample of it and it didn't give me fish burps which I see in reviews is one of the big problems with fish oil pills: Buy Nature Made Omega-3 Fish Oil 1200mg Maximum Strength Softgels Online at drugstore.com
You're supposed to take 2 a day. I checked the ingredients on the Primacare One PNVs my doctor prescribed and all it said was that it contains 300 mg of Omega-3 Fatty Acids (both EPA and DHA). The Nature Made ones contain 360mg of EPA and 288mg of DHA so hopefully that more than covers it.

And here's the bromelain I'm going to get: Buy GNC Natural Brand Bromelain, 500 mg, Tablets Online at drugstore.com

I guess you could just eat pineapple - the more fun way of doing it!

Edit: DUH! You know I was thinking of only starting with these supplements if this cycle didn't work but HELLO it just occurred to me that since I want them to help with implantation I should start them now FOR this cycle!!! I'm not sure when your uterine lining gets to its thickest... but it can't hurt even if I'm a bit too late...

Hi girls!! Happy Friday! Leaving on my cruise tomorrow, so I won't be able to post until I get back next Thursday. I'll be thinking about all of you and hoping for some BFPs when I return! Babydust to all!!

Irene- I was wondering the same thing Claire was about the landscaping in NYC. Your DH sounds like a busy man....3 jobs? Oh and I LOVE pineapple! Yum!

Claire- sorry your mom doesn't "get it". <<<hugs>>> And owning your own business sounds a little scary. I hope things get better for you!

Mel- hope your kitty feels better soon!

JJ- sounds like an interesting book. I went to B&N today and was going to look for TCC and I totally got sidetracked and forgot! Ugh! I hate it when that happens.

Hi everybody else! Have a great weekend!

Becky-have a GREAT time on your cruise!!! and have some drinks for me

Irene-I was just at walmart (but forget everything you just posted about the dose) and picked up some that were 1000mg but when you read the details is 300mg of EPA and DHA. It even says "no fishy aftertaste" on the bottle! I still need to actually read that article, but I am curious about the pineapple since I have heard that pineapple can cause uterine contractions.

I think I can safely say that all the bleeding/spotting has stopped! I won't have any trouble staying away from temping and OPKs this first cycle but I think I will be tempted to check CM, even though I know it won't tell me much. In one breath the Dr. said that it could take another 5 weeks for AF to return and the in another he said you could be fertile as soon as 11-12 days after a m/c so to use protection.

Well, Bina, my darlin', I'm glad at least that part has subsided. It's a tough thing to be in the place, and actually admit, even to yourself that you are glad to be finished with the bleeding part, and physically progressing. At least, I felt kinda guilty or something...nervous maybe.

With both of mine, and they were pretty different experiences, also didn't have any procedures required, the bleeding was over in about a week and a half (?), and my body treated it like the timing of AF, and the next cycle started around when I'd have expected it would. I KNOW I didn't O the first cycle after, before a regular AF, b/c I had my CD21 prog. done and it was <2. I have no idea about the first one though. It's possible.

I'd say do whatever make you feel LESS stressed. I'm so sorry baby.

Steph-you are too sweet! *hugs* to you. I think it is all good timing in bringing closure-I had my follow-up appt. yesterday so that is over with, and now the bleeding part is over with too. Now I can just focus on enjoying and living my life.
