Mary - I agree with Irene, seems they stick around after blinkies are posted. We've had some stick around for a couple months then fall of the face of the earth (usually right after a bfp) but then there are those of us who are complete addicts and can't stay away for the life of them (me and steph to name a couple). then of course there are the occassional posters - the ones who only stop by to ask a question and don't get involved in conversation - maybe we do scare them off???

Speaking of making myself pretty, I went for my pedi today. the girl was so enthralled with my tattoo! She was SO very careful not to get anything on it and could not take her eyes off of it. She even called one of the other ladies over to see it (who is Chinese and knew the symbol). I was flattered. What do you girls pay for a pedi?? Mine was $36 for a French pedi plus an extra $6 for flowers painted on my big toes. Is that a fair price?? She did a great job and gave me a great foot/leg massage, too.

Only had one pedi. They're expensive I think. Even the cheap ones. Have trouble getting good mani's though; in general I prefer to just do my nails myself. It's a lot cheaper. And I do a really good job.

Rebecca ~ I'm 5'6" and the last time I weighed myself I was 208. The last time I saw the doc, I was 182 and she was telling me then to lose weight. The pic on my FF is when I was around 155, 4 years ago. I can get a pedi around here, including flowers for $24. It might cost a little more though for a French pedi. I always love getting complimented on my jade bracelet.

Irene & Claire ~ I always thought endo pain would be really painful too. I just keep second guessing it and thinking other things like maybe a pinched nerve like my back? I know I get really bad gas pains (b/ I refuse to stop eating dairy) on my left side too but that is higher up and stabbing pains in waves, this is definitely lower and a dull consistent pain.

Brandy & Steph ~ Craigs list is definitely worth a look for housing. Cap'n and I peruse it everyday for when we move in a month...

Melissa - Even your picture when you met Betsy certainly didn't make you look heavy. Regardless, I still think your blocked tube is much more important for ttc and not something that you can control. The weight is something that you can control, so I think your doctor should be more interested in doing something to help you get pg and not harp on you about your weight. It's like smoking - the more people get on you about it, the more you don't want to do it, kwim?

Steph - When I had nails (pre-massage school), I took care of them myself. My feet, however, are a different story. I soak them and scrub them and 'try' to get the caluses and dead skin off, but not like they do at the shop. Plus, I never was good at coloring in the lines and ended up with polish all over my toes. It peeled off eventually.

Hello ladies! I hope everyone is having a good day.

No word on the job yet. What I meant, Claire, is that I have a total of 3 references, but only 1 has called and talked to him. So, if he wants to hire me he has to base the decision on only 1 reference. I talked to another reference, and she told me she called and left a message and is waiting for him to call her back. Why does it have to be so difficult?

I went and got my 'summer' haircut. My hair is still long (just under shoulders), but I got blonde highlights . I went with my mother... she got 10 inches off and donated it to locks of love. One of her friends was just diagnosed with cancer, and so she took pictures to send to her friend.

Well, I've been cramping on and off since yesterday... feels like AF cramps. I wonder if it is the clomid? I know when I'm actively ttc, I tend to make a mountain out of a molehill with regard to symptoms, but the cramps are definitely there.

Well, I better go... Happy Hump day!!

Mel - I'm sorry I never replied back to you, did I. The last time I cooked it I used spagetti meat sauce. I don't think you could make it wrong, I mean lots o cheese, lasgana shells and sauce. YUMMY. We just had kabobs and soaked corn on the cob, so good!

Bina~I hate to admit this, but I lurked for about a year before posting. I found this board when I was originally ttc. Then I lurked while pg and after I lost the baby. I started posting when I started ttc again.

I got my at home blood pressure machine. So far I've had one normal reading and one high reading. We'll see what happens over the next month or so...

JJ-I hope your blood pressure goes down for you! I sometimes wonder how TTC would be if I hadn't found this board. On the one hand it is great to have the support of people who understand and all the knowledge from everyone here, but then I wonder if it makes me more obsessed than I already am, lol.

I am alive. I miss you guys so much. I will post once things calm down on my end. It may be a few weeks. I am so tired. DD and I are doing as well as can be expected. I will be keeping up with posts. I am also praying for BFP's soon, for all of you. I love you guys. Thanks for all of the support through this. I am headed out of town after court on Friday. Hopefully, some time to relax and enjoy friends. I will post again soon.
