Crazy working hours---recording BBT
I will begin recording my BBT but the problem is I work after hours. So some nights I start at 6 pm and work through til 3 am then go to bed and wake up at midday. Other times I start at 3am and work til 11am and go to bed and wake up at 5 in the afternoon! Do I have any hope of accurately recording my BBT?

Carly - Do the best that you can. Working shifts like that makes it rough to chart, but if you're consistent and get the same amount of sleep each day/night, you may still be able to pinpoint O. If you create an account in Fertility Friend, you can 'share' your homepage and we can all help you with your chart analysis.

Carly, I worked nights (and was a day person when I was off) when I was charting with ds. It never affected my temps in the sense that you could always tell when I o'd. I didn't use a set time on FF so I didn't have open circles in my charts when I temped at different times. I just made sure that I temped 1st thing whenever I was waking up, night or day. Hope it is the same for you!!! Good luck
