Unfortunately, you can't. You need to ovulate in order for an egg to be fertilized to become pregnant.

No You must ovulate to become pregnant.

If you are not ovulating there are several drugs which can help you do so.

Sweetkisses- I have this same problem. My body acts like it ovulates but doesn't actually release an egg. Without that, there is no way to get pg.
I am doing IVF this cycle b/c of it. For IVF, you do not need to ovulate (it is inhibited, actually), because the dr. surgically retrieves the egg.

Default TEMPERATURES

IS THERE REALLY A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE THAT LETS YOU KNOW WHEN YOU ARE OVULATING? I HAVE REALLY WANTED TO KNOW THIS BECAUSE MY BOYFRIEND AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND I NEED TO KNOW.

No, it is more about the pattern of your bbt, and not a specific temp. Go to fertilityfriend.com to learn more about how temping and charting works. It can be very helpful.
