AF question
OK, I have a question about AF, it may seem daft so if it does am sorry.
WHat do you count as the first day of AF- when you see pink or when you see red? i think that may have an influence on what day I count. My cycle really varies from 25- 35, FF averaged it at 30 so thats what i go by. I would really love to know as I want to be as detailed and correct as poss.

thanks- guess i have been wrong up til now then. i always thought it was just as soon as you saw the start.
