I'm one of the PCOS gals that Besty mentioned. I never bothered with OPKs because I almost never ovulated, and I didn't see the point in spending the money for something that wasn't gonna happen anyway. I learned to temp, and it always told me for sure if I had O'ed or not (most likely not). During the year DH and are were TTC, I only O'ed 2x. Once randomly, and once on clomid that got me my BFP.
