Sarah- Those are very pretty. Having grown up with twins sisters, their names are Lisa and Leah they were often known as L and L. So if you think it would be cute for the babies to be known as G and G, cause I'm sure it will happen, then go with Guiliana. I think I like it with the G better then the J personally.
